Abstract
Abstract: Three cultivars (Haraz, Rajab and Khider) were used to study the genetic variation of Lepidium sativum in Egypt. The study included quantitative characters for yield components, fatty acid composition and DNA fingerprint. Six quantitative characters were studied during three successive generations (parent, progeny and offspring). Separated and combined statistical analysis presented significant variation among cultivars in their characters. GC analysis of fatty methyl esters were carried out for each cultivar. ...
