يتناول البحث باختصار تعريف المصلحة العامة وبعض المتغيرات والمزال والعوائق التي تعتري تقديرها وقياسها. بالإضافة إلى بيان خمسة أنماط من العقليات الإدارية لدى المدراء ومتطلبات المصلحة العامة في كل منها. كما تناول مشروعًا لفكرٍ إداريٍّ محفزٍ للنفع العام وعمل الخير كمتطلبٍ أساس لجودةِ العمل على رعاية المصلحة العامة، وأهمية وجود ثقافة مشتركة للنفع العام بين المواطن والمسؤول في المجتمع.

تتعلق هذه الدراسة بــ(مجتمعات الخيال السردي)، ويرتبط موضوعها الأساسي بالمدينة النصية، بصفتها تُـمثّل شكلاً من أشكال الوعي بالمدينة الواقعية. والهدف الأساسي لها هو الكشف عن التحيزات التي يضمرها النسق المدني تجاه النسق الريفي بصفته ممثلا للسلطة. واشتغلت الدراسة في مقارباتها التطبيقية على عدد من الروايات التي كُتِبَت بعد انطلاق الثورة السورية، وأبدت في نسيجها الحكائيّ مواقف تعكس في بنيتها العميقة اشتباكاً واضحاً بين الريف والمدينة بصفتهما نسقين ثقافيين مركزيين يسيطران على مجمل حركة المحكي الروائي.is within the framework of narrative fiction communities, and its theme linked to the textual city, as it represents a form of awareness of the real city. The concept of identity is a new concept for studing and analysions. It is a concept which opens a new horizons to see the most important problems Arab societies face especially those with various cultural and spatial particularities . The most important problem is how to cope with the social reality based on technological competition, called globalization. The latter expresses the rise of new culture which multinational companies seeks to implement in Arab societies which live dependency. This does not stop at this level but it goes beyond ; globalization affects ever all what is microscopic, especially when it comes to the category of young people.This Category has its own conception of Arab identity on the one hand and on the other hand the conception of globalization. So, our problem is about youth's ability to form specific self-identity acclimatized with global environmental changes and its awarness of the most important problems and challenges that lie ahead , especially when it comes to development policy , which included this category. This awarness expresses a relation with space with its different dimensions. So, the ability of this social actor to crystallize able to change reality or dedicated social movements.
