The Research aims: 1-Preparing a developing program by using relaxation in the indirect mental training method for developing some basic basketball skills for the basketball wheelchair players. 2-Knowing the impact of developing program by using the Holy Quran recitations in relaxation for developing some basic basketball skills for the wheelchair players. The research employed the experimental method for its appropriateness for the nature of the research. The research community comprised of basketball wheelchair players. Who are registered in the Iraqi Paralympic Committee as basketball teams of the provinces of (Erbil, Dohuk and Sulaymaniya). The research sample was selected intentionally (12) Basketball wheelchair players of Erbil Team province. They were divided into two groups of equal numbers i.e. (6) players per group, one of them Control group and the other Experimental group. The developing methods have been distributed to both groups of educational research by draw. The control group performed the training curriculum of the wheelchair basketball team (the basic offensive basketball skills), whereas the experimental group performed the same curriculum in addition to the proposed program, the latter was performed in indirect mental training method. The educational program consists of (12) developing unit for the experimental group distributed to (6) weeks, i.e. (2) developing units per week, and the duration of each module is (90) minutes. Both of the groups of research semiweekly (on Saturday and Monday) were launched the implementation of the developing programs on 14 May 2011, and lasted for (6) weeks; i.e.
The Impact a Suggested Plan of Psychological Skills on Developing Performance of Football Players

The purposes of this study were to identifying a suggested plan influence on the psychological skills, such as relaxation, contemplating and concentration so as to elate football performance skills. The paper is a content -based carried out and conducted on a sample of 30 footballers at Jenin junior club, 2008, the target age was 15 year old players. Procedure: an empirical research of two groups conducted over 8 weeks, four training sessions a week. Conclusion: the plan under discussion proved convenient in achieving the stated goal. Recommendation: it might be helpful to deploy a plan of psychological training when participants undergo the main skills, defensive plans and the like in an over-all schedule of footballs training owing to the substantial role of such a plan in developing performance.

The study aimed to identify the level of effectiveness of educational programs provided to students with disabilities at the Academy of Tayeb Ali Taha in Kosti, in light of the international standards of special education. The researchers used the descriptive correlational method. To collect data, indicators of the international standards of special education, which include strategic planning, educational administration, educational environment, educational programs, family participation, integration and transition services, and evaluation, were applied. The indicators were used with a purposive sample of (34) employees of Al Tayeb Ali Academy for Special Needs. The SPSS software was used for data analysis. Major results revealed a low level of effectiveness of the programs presented in light of the international standards of education with a mean of (2.28) at the level of statistical significance (0.05). The study aims to develop the visual communication in children with autism, the study sample includes (5) children with moderate autism disorder that ranges from the autism level (31: 33) degree of childhood autism scale. The study tools include a visual communication measurement for children with autism, a social skills measurement, and a training program to improve or enhance their visual communication. The tools were applied using experimental design based on one group where measurement tools were applied before, then the program was implemented and its sessions were applied to the study group then the measurement tools were applied after and comparing the results of the two applications and treating them statistically in preparation for their interpretation, discussion and indication of their educational implications. There are statistically significant differences on the level (0.05) between averages of the study sample grades in the pre and after application towards post application for each of the dimensions of the visual communication measurement and in the entire measurement as whole. Also there are statistically significant differences on the level (0.05) between the averages of the study sample grades in the pre and post application of the social skills measurement attributed to the training program towards post application.
