Increasing competition in the Indonesian banking industry has encouraged many banks to improve the quality of services to customers by utilizing information technology developments. Indonesia development is followed by continuous technological progress with economic development. Therefore, financial services institutions, i.e banking sector, need to follow the development. As one of financial institutions in Indonesia, bank is as an intermediary institution for parties with excess liquidity. It protects its consumers or customers to avoid the crime in line with the advancement of internet technology (cybercrime). This study aims to determine legal protection of victim customers against ATM card duplication crime. Law No.10 year 1998 on customer protection is a guarantee of legal certainty given by bank to customer as basically this law protects customer. Bank as business perpetrator is obliged to serve its customer properly and honestly and provide the correct, clear and honest information about the condition and guarantee of the services provided. The liability of the bank in the event that customer suffers a loss is performed by handling and resolving various complaints to avoid the protracted problems that occur. Customer complaints handling is made at predefined and generally applicable time standards.

The achievement manner of a stable relationship and on equality postures between bankclient/customer it' an objective consistently and very carefully pursued by every bank in the world. The European Commission sustains that different rules for banking consumer's protection of each country member. The consumers groups oppose to these protection rules, sustaining that the local legislative men are the most suitable to solve this problem. On the other hand, banks are oriented in the correlated analysis of the factors of influence of their behaviour, however it will not omit the monitoring of the competitors' behaviour (the services offered by other banking institutions).

This study aims to examine the effect of usage barrier, value barrier, risk barrier, initial trust, perceived usefulness to information of mobile banking user. The sample used in this research is 105 respondents. Testing is estimated by using multiple linear regression analysis, data hypothesis processed using SPSS program version 21. The results showed that usage barrier negatively affect the information of mobile banking user. While value barrier, risk barrier, initial trust, perceived usefulness positively affect the information of mobile banking user. In view of bankcard deposit losses recently reported in newspapers, we should reconsider the legal relationship between the bank and the depositor. The thesis defines the nature of deposit contracts, expounds the rights and obligations of each party, draws the conclusions that: i) deposit contracts are consumer loan contracts in nature; ii) the bank enjoys the ownership of the deposits and undertakes all risks, and analyzes the liabilities of each party for deposit loss under different circumstance.

O artigo apresenta os principais pressupostos da Lei sobre o processamento de reclamações por participantes do mercado financeiro, bem como o Comissário Financeiro (Journal of Laws de 2016, item 892), sobre os meios de proteção dos clientes de serviços financeiros. Na primeira parte, o autor analisa as circunstâncias da entrada em vigor da lei. Em seguida, realiza uma comparação da Lei aos atos normativos que regulam a matéria analisada antes da entrada em vigor da lei. No final, o autor avalia o escopo, importância e natureza jurídica das soluções introduzidas na Lei para proteger os interesses dos clientes de serviços financeiros.
