The Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Customer Attitudes: Evidence from Qatar
The past three decades have witnessed the emergence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a field of study and a framework for the role of business corporations and financial institutions in society. After the Tsunami in 2004 people were need financial assistance to recover from the loss of tsunami and revamping their life. Only source they perceive is availing loans from banking sector and other guidance. The topic of Impact of Corporate social responsibility on Customer Satisfaction in banking service is of relevance especially for those suffered from Tsunami. This study aims to explore the perception of the customer on CSR in banking service. The data were analyzed by modeling it using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using AMOS 18 and found that customer satisfaction is the mediating factor for banking service quality and the CSR is the most influential factor for the customer satisfaction.

This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty. The research was conducted by sending questionnaires to sharia banking customers in Malang. There were 100 respondents to the study. This research is quantitative. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square. The results showed that Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility affects Corporate Image and Customer Loyalty. This study successfully proved that CSR activities carried out by Sharia banking can increase customers' trust in Sharia banking. Besides, the survey results also showed that corporate image could not mediate ICSR's influence on customer loyalty because many customers do not know CSR activities done by Sharia banking. Organizations place great value on corporate social responsibility (CSR), as it has been found to influence customer attitudes and intentions. This study analyzed the impact of CSR on consumers’ purchase intentions. The significance of this study arises from the fact that all progressive companies are increasing their expenditure on CSR activities. In this study, purchase intention was considered as a dependent variable, while trust, ethical, and legal CSR activities were the independent variables. Data for the study was collected from 210 randomly chosen respondents from amongst consumers of Delhi and National Capital Region of India. This study examines the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) perceptions and customer loyalty in the banking sector while considering the mediating effects of customer satisfaction, corporate image, corporate reputation, service quality between CSR activities and customer loyalty. A self-administered survey was conducted on the banking customers in Pakistan. Based on 221 customers' data, the analysis was performed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. Corporate social responsibility plays a significant role in getting sustainable edge over competitors, gaining profits and enhancing business affairs with customers. The purpose of the study is to analyze the perception of consumers regarding the CSR and its impact on customers’ loyalty while trust mediates the link in the telecom context of Pakistan. The adopted questionnaire circulated among customers’ of different telecom companies through non probability sampling technique. This study examines the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in enhancing customer loyalty by exploring direct and mediating effects of trust, credibility, and word of mouth. Cross-sectional data of 463 respondents was taken from Pakistan using an online survey because of the limitations of covid19. Hypotheses were tested using SmartPLS-3. Findings of the study revealed that CSR has affected customer loyalty significantly and positively. The mediating role of trust was found insignificant. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) issues in developing markets have acquired a lot of attention. Organisations around the globe apply a diversified set of technologies to approaching customer expectations through banking performance. This study examines the impact of CSR on Lebanese banking performance. Primary data from questionnaires were used. A total of 1000 observations were collected using a 5-point Likert scale method adopted to formulate the items. The questionnaire was tested to assess its trustworthiness regarding data collection. Partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) was used to test the hypothesis.
