PENGARUH PENDEKATAN LATIHAN SASARAN TETAP DAN SASARAN BERUBAH ARAH TERHADAP KETEPATAN PUKULAN PUSH PADA HOKI DITINJAU DARI POWER OTOT LENGAN

This research aims to find out: (1) the difference between the effect of fixed and changed direction exercise approaches toward Push Punch Accuracy in field hockey, (2) the difference of push punch accuracy of students who have high, medium and low arm muscle power, (3) the effect of interaction between exercise and arm muscle power approaches toward push punch accuracy in field hockey. The research was conducted by using experimental method with 2x3 factorial design. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Sport Science, State University of Semarang. The samples of the study were 60 student from total population 95 student. The sampling technique employed was purposive random sampling. The variables of research include independent variable : manipulative variables which consisted of fixed and changed direction exercises method, and attributive variables which consisted of high, medium and low arm muscle power as well as the dependent variables: field hockey push punch accuracy test. Techniques of collecting data employed were test and measurement, arm muscles power tes, ball medicine ball put test, field hockey push punch accuracy test by push punch accuracy test. Data analysis used 2x3 ANOVA variant analysis with a significance level of α = 0.05. Based on the results of this reseach, it can be conclude that: 1) there was significant relationship between fixed and changed direction exercise approaches toward the accuracy of push punch. It was proved by the value of F stat = 5.3088 > Ftable = 4.11. Obtained from further analysis, it was known that fixed target exercise methods had a better score than changed direction one with the average score 3.50 ' and 2.97 , 2) there were significant improvement differences of hockey players push punches who had high , medium and low arm muscle power. Push punch accuracy result improvement of students who had high muscle power was better than those having medium or low muscle powers. It was seen the value of Fstat = 5.6198 >Ftable = 3.18. Obtained from the advanced analysis, students who had high arm muscle power arm muscles had better accuracy test than those who had medium and low arm muscle powers with the average 3.70 , 3.25 and 2.75, 3) there was a significant interaction effect between fixed target and changed direction exercise approaches with arm muscles power toward push punch accuracy in field hockey. The result was very significant, since F stat = 8.7304 > F table = 3.18. Keywords: fixed target exercise approach, changed target approach, arm muscle power and push punch accuracy in field hockey.

PERKEMBANGAN LATIHAN SHOOTING PADA KAKI BAGIAN DALAM PERMAINAN FUTSAL ATAU SEPAK BOLA Tryadi Apriarta

Sepak bola adalah sebuah cabang olahraga yang menggunakan bola dan dimainkan oleh 2 tim yang berbeda setiap tim dalam setip tim terdiri dari 11 pemain inti dalam satu tim dan beberapa orang bertindak sebagai pemain cadangan. Dalam permainan sepak bola setiap tim harus mencetak gol sebanyak mungkin. Permainan sepak bola dapat dimainkan di lapangan terbuka persegi panjang, di rumput buatan atau di rumput asli. Satu satunya pemain yang memiliki hak Secara umum memiliki hak menyentuh tangan ataau menangkap yaitu seorang kiper atau penjaga gawang. Ini hanya mungkin jika bola ada di area net jika di luar area akan di anggap pelanggaran. Untuk 10 pemain lain bisa menggunakan semua anggota tubuh mereka kecuali tangan mereka jika menggunakan akan di anggap pelanggaran atau hands ball .Selain menendang dan menggiring bola, seorang pemain sepak bola juga wajib mengetahui dasar dasar tekhnik permainan sepak bola terutama menguasai teknik passing, yaitu mengoper bola ke arah teman satu tim. Untuk menguasai tekhnik passing dalam sepak bola di perlukan latihan yang rutin dan serius. sepak bola tidak hanya memerlukan skiil dan tekhnik saja melainkan teori juga di perlukan namun seorang pemain sepak bola harus mempraktekan langsung sehingga akan membuat pemain lebih hebat dalam skiil dan tekhnik Kata kunci: latian umpan ,Sepakbola Futsal

PENGARUH LATIHAN LADDER DRILL 2 IN LATERAL DAN PULL UP TERHADAP POWER OTOT LENGAN PADA ATLET PANJAT TEBING MAPATALA UNIVERSITAS TADULAKO

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan menggunakan 12 sampel yang cara penentuannya dilakukan dengan teknik puposive sampling. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil ladder drill 2 in lateral memiliki dampak yang positif terhadap power otot atlet. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah latihan ladder drill 2 in lateral dan pull up dapat mempengaruhi power otot lengan atlet panjat tebing Mapatala Universitas Tadulako. Abstract ___________________________________________________________ This study aims to determine the strength level of arm muscle power in Mapatala Tadulako University rock climbing athletes. The research method used is a quasi experiment using 12 samples which the method of determination is done by puposive sampling technique. Based on the research conducted, the results of the 2 in lateral ladder drill have a positive impact on the athlete's muscle power. The conclusion of this study is that 2 in lateral ladder drill and pull up exercises can affect the muscle power of the arm of the Mapatala Rock Tadulako University rock climbing athlete.

PENGARUH METODE LATIHAN TERPUSAT DAN METODE LATIHAN ACAK TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN TEKNIK DASAR FUTSAL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan terpusat dan metode latihan acak terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar futsal secara ilmiah. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan Pre-test Post-test Group Design yaitu kelompok satu diberi perlakuan metode latihan terpusat dan kelompok dua diberi perlakuan metode latihan acak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ektrakurikuler futsal SMPN 8 Rejang Lebong sebanyak 30 orang pada tahun 2019 dan Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji t untuk menguji hipotesis bahwa ada pengaruh metode latihan terpusat dan metode latihan acak terhadap hasil penguasaan teknik dasar passing dan dribbling dalam permainan futsal. Hasil analisis Uji t perhitungan perbandingan antara hasil akhir dari kedua kelompok ternyata terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil penguasaan teknik dasar futsal. Hasil perhitungan menyatakan bahwa tes akhir antara metode latihan terpusat dan metode latihan acak dengan perolehan perhitungan nilai thitung-2,73 > ttabel-2,160 dan ttabel 2,160 < thitung 2,73 dengan taraf α = 0,05 artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara X (latihan terpusat dan latihan acak) dengan Y (hasil penguasaan teknik dasar futsal). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua metode latihan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar futsal. Kata Kunci : Metode latihan terpusat, Metode latihan acak, Teknik dasar futsal.

PENGARUH LATIHAN SQUAT DAN LEG PRESS TERHADAP STRENGTH DAN HYPERTROPHY OTOT TUNGKAI

Strength is one of the basic components biomotor that is needed in every sport field. In order to achieve optimal performance achievement, then the power should be increased as the underlying basis of the formation of other biomotor components. Exercise increases muscle strength to cope with the load during exercise and the affects muscle hypertrophy. Exercise powers properly implemented will affect the quality and quantity improvement in print sportsmen. The exercise that is used to improve strength and hypertrophy leg muscle is by using weight training method exercise. This study aim to investigate the differences squat exercise and leg press in order to improve strength and hypertrophy leg muscle for student JPOK FKIP UNLAM Banjarbaru class 2011/2012. This type of quantitative research with quasi-experimental methods. The study design using a matching-only design. The population in this study was student JPOK FKIP UNLAM Banjarbaru class 2011/2012 which totaled 40 people, under the provisions of the study sample was 36 people, samples were divided into 3 groups, each group sharing is done through the match subject design. The division is based on the results of the experimental group pretest limb muscle strength using a back and leg dynamometer. Each group numbered 12 people for group I (squats), 12 to group II (leg press exercises) and 12 for the control group. Results of the research: methods squats and leg press exercises significant increase in limb muscle strength and hypertrophy (sig. 0.000 <α = 0.05). Group I, II and III had significant differences (sig. 0.000 <α = 0.05). The average increase in strength for the I = 36.16 kg = 26.83 kg II, and III = 3.83 kg. The average increase in muscle hypertrophy for group I = 0.66 cm, II = 0:41 cm, and III = 0:08 cm. Conclusion: there is a significant effect of exercise squats and leg press to increase in leg muscle strength and hypertrophy. Squat exercise greater influence than the leg press and a control group to increase in leg muscle strength and hypertrophy
