The study aimed to shed light on the manifestations of mercy in women's social rights in Islam and see the situation of women in ancient civilizations. This study belongs to the pattern of studies estimating the situation based on the analytical inductive approach. It is one of the most important methods of scientific research, and the inductive approach relies on scientific observation, whereby texts and opinions related to the social rights of women are traced and then analyzed and inferring aspects of mercy in them in order to reach a complete perception of this study. The results of the study showed that the Islamic religion is the only one that strengthened the position of women, honored them, and gave them all their rights completely in a way that suits her natural fit compared to the situation of women in other civilizations. This paper dealt with the subject of sustainable agricultural development in Sudan, whereby it mentioned the importance and status of the agricultural sector in Sudan to the citizens and the whole world. Sudan represents the food basket of the Arab, Islamic and African world and is one of the dependable countries in achieving world food security. The paper also addressed the types of agriculture in Sudan and the arrangement of agricultural crops grown in Sudan and its position on the global map of agricultural products. The data of this research has been collected from the sources and references that dealt with these aspects in addition to the reports available at various authorities, especially the Sudanese Governmental bodies represented in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Sudan, and materials, reports, studies and researches published in the World Wide Web (Internet). The political rights that any state allots to individuals are those rights that relate to their personalities amongst general interests characteriesed by the actual participation of the citizens in governing throughout holding executive posts in the govrment, or by being indirectly represented by elected members in differents assemblies. The women is considered an essential partner to realise the development of society. For such a purpose scholars dealt with the issue of her political rights very early. Here ,I mean her rights to vote and being elected to occupy poialitical and social posts .The present study emphasizes the rights the woman enjoined in the light of Islamic rule, and tries to answer the questions the research attained.

يفترض البحث إنّ التقية لها علاقة بالقضية الإنسانية, من ناحية حفظ كرامتها التي وهبها إياها الله سبحانه وتعالى من جهة, وديمومة ذلك لمستقبل الإنسانية من جهة أخرى. وسيهدف البحث إلى التحقق من الفرضية التي قدمها, مستعينا بمفهوم التقية وتاريخها ومفهوم التنمية البشرية لأنها اقرب مفهوم للقضية الإنسانية وديمومتها.

Abderrahmane Ibn Khaldun is one of the first to study the relationship between religion and the state in a deep sociological analysis based on the relationship between the tribe and the state in the Maghreb countries. He developed his analysis from the concept of "assabia", emphasizing his decisive relationship with the religious call ((Daawa). He demonstrated in his famous work (Muquadima) how the "assabia" as a "tribal" social bond is consolidated thanks to the religious call, given its cultural and educational dimensions; and succeeded in mitigating the conflicts between the tribes, pushing them to compete and establish the states. In addition, He emphasized when the religious call succeeds and when it does not reach its goal. He connected the concept of tribal "assabia" in a comprehensive analysis of the social and political role of religion. This document tries to push the search in this direction.

Il s'agit dans cet essai d'etudier le regard du resistant - en general et en particulier le poete resistant - envers la religion de l'occupant. Si la colonisation francaise a adopte les citations du discours des croisades, le revolutionnaire algerien a lui aussi tire la credibilite de sa resistance d'un fond religieux. De ce fait, il est legitime de chercher si l'elite a fait la distinction entre la vraie religion autant que difference evidente, et son utilisation dans la tentative de l'occupant pour la justification, la mobilisation et la dissimulation des vrais objectifs de la colonisation.
