Abstract

The aim of this study is to estimate the effect of the addition of a slurry on the activity of the microbial community of Mediterranean soil and to check in time the effect of addition on the slurry of a nutrient solution containing one molecule anti nitrifying significant differences in these activities. Indeed, the addition of easily degradable organic matter results in an expected increase in microbial biomass and enzyme activities related to it, while the effects are not well known that inhibition of the availability of nitrogen on the soil microbial activity. We prepared four treatments, respectively: soil control, soil with the nitrification inhibitor, soil with slurry and soil with slurry and anti nitrifying solution . We determined the pH of the soil, the mineralization of soil carbon and the carbon biomass microbial and likely changes over time in different view.
