Investigation of Scientific Productivity and Co-authorship Network of Iranians' Researchers on Physical Education and Sport Science in Web of Science during 2006-2016

The purpose of this study was to investigate of scientific productivity and co-authorship network of Iranians' researchers on physical education and sport science in Web of Science during 2006-2016. The scientometric approach and network analysis Method were used and deals with mapping co-authorship networks. For analysis and visualization of co-authorship networks, Histcite, Nodexl and VOSviewr Softwares were used. The data consists of all scientific productivity of Iranians' researchers in mentioned field which was published in Web of Science. The results show that in this period, there are 604 scientific document related to Iranian researchers in the field, of which 487 papers are in the article formats in 82 journals. The majority of collaborations of the Iranian researchers has been with United States, Britain and Canada. ‫Surveying Usage a Mount Libraries Member's Makta from Social Networks

Abstract Objectives: Considering the importance and functional role of social networks in libraries, the present research intends to examine the use of types of social networks by the libraries of Makta member of Qom province. Method: The present research is an applied research in terms of the purpose of the research. A descriptive approach has been used to survey this research. The statistical communty of this study consists of 30 libraries of 34 members of the Makta member libraries. A researcher-made questionnaire was distributed among the directors of the Makta member libraries in order to collect data. Because of the limited research community, all of them were studied and sampling was not done. Results: Findings showed that libraries are The most use social networks in social media. Working with other libraries and training the second and third ranks. In library lending, social networks are also used to reserve the resources requested in use a littlebit. The findings also showed that web-mobile computing tools were the most with 25.7% and microblocking tools with the lowest use rate of 4.2% in libraries. Conclusion: The results of the research show that only 40% of the member libraries of Makta use social networks to manage their library affairs. Acinetobacter baumannii: Researchers' Scientific Cooperation Network in Three Decades

Background: Acinetobacter baumannii is one of the most common challenging pathogens in causing serious infections in intensive care units of modern hospital systems around the world and poses a serious threat to public and patient health. This study aims to analyze the network of scientific and empirical collaborations of A. baumannii researchers in the last three decades. Materials & Methods: The present study was performed using the Co-citation analysis technique. All A. baumannii publications indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection for the period 1990-2019 are the statistical population of the study. After an advanced search, 4473 documents were retrieved. A total of 18343 authors contributed to the publication of the retrieved documents. Ravar PreMap 1.0.0.0, NetDraw, and UCINET 6.528.0.0 software were utilized for data analysis. Results: Data analysis showed that the global publication of A. baumannii has risen. "Clinical Infectious Diseases," was the best journal, and "Seifert, Harald," the most influential researcher, and "Seifert, Harald * Higgins, Paul G," were identified as the best co-citation pair. Top researchers in A. baumannii were "Beceiro," "Alejandro," "HSU Li Yang," and "Seifert, Harald," respectively, based on degree, betweenness and closeness centrality indicators. Conclusion: Analysis of social networks A. baumannii presents an objective and realistic view to experts and planners in Medical Sciences. Also, the structure of A. baumannii's internal relationships and researchers' connections is determined objectively. Finally, researchers get acquainted with journals, scientists and organizations that are proliferated and effective and plan to collaborate with them in the future

Websites content quality of Iranian universities of technology: Awebometrics study

The main aim of this study is to analyze Websites content quality in Iranian universities of technology. The method of this study is content analysis; one of the webometrics methods. Applied reaserch and content analysis method with analytical approach have been used in this paper. The research population is top ten Iranian technology universities selected according to their ISC latest version of university ranking. The required data for this paper was gathered based on keyword density and prominence, Meta tags, keyword & traffic organic, Text/HTML ratio, Unicode and duplicate content. All of these are indicators in content quality and used in this research for data extracting. Usability of Mobile Website of the Libraries of Top Medical Sciences Universities in Iran

Background and Aim: One of the essential methods of evaluating academic libraries’ mobile websites is the usability analysis method; websites’ usability means their ease and simplicity of use. This study aims to evaluate the usability of the mobile website of the libraries of top medical universities in Iran. This study aims to evaluate the usability of mobile websites of the libraries of top Iranian universities of medical sciences. Materials and Methods: This study was done by the descriptive-survey method. The study’s statistical population includes mobile websites of the libraries of the top 50 universities of medical sciences in Iran, which have gained the highest rank in universities’ webometrics ranking in January 2019. The tool used in this study was a checklist. Data analysis was performed by descriptive and analytical statistical methods and SPSS software. Results: The data analysis showed that in terms of usability of the mobile websites of university libraries, Kerman, Birjand, and Tehran universities of medical sciences were in the first to third ranks with 89.23%, 84.62%, and 81.54%, respectively. Neishabour, Gonabad, and Semnan universities of medical sciences were the last ranks with 40%, 43.08%, and 44.62%., respectively. The evaluation of the research components showed that “system visibility status,” “assisting the user in identifying, detecting and compensating for errors,” and “guidance and documentation” were in the best situation, and components of “error prevention,” “flexibility and system efficiency,” and “User control and freedom” were in their worst condition. Conclusion: Given the increasing influence and popularity of smart cell phones in the professional life of academics, it is necessary for administrators and designers of mobile websites of academic libraries to consider the applicability and effectiveness of mobile websites of the research community, taking into account the practical findings of the present study.

Evaluation of Internet booking system in Websites of Health Centers Affiliated with Medical Universities in Iran

Internet booking system effectively reduces patient's waiting time and increase patient satisfaction with health care centers, so the rate of using it is increased. The aim of this study was the evaluation of the internet booking websites of the Universities of Medical Sciences in Iran. Method: This study is a descriptive cross-sectional study which was conducted in 2014. Data was collected through a self-designed check list and study of health care center's websites (hospitals and clinics). Excel 2007 software was used to summarize and report data. Results: Findings showed that only 9% of the health care centers in the country using internet booking systems. Rayavaran Company more than other companies has worked in design and implementation of such systems. Also, the mean score of "user friendly" of available websites was 4.4. Among the studied centers, internet booking systems of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences had the best status. Conclusion: Most of the health care centers do not use the internet booking websites. The available websites have the capabilities such as search, getting information, giving tracking code and independent port, and the abilities including change or cancel the appointment and useful links are used less in websites. So, it is suggested that the authorities increase the use of internet booking websites in health care centers in the country.

خوشه بندی میانگین فازی به مثابۀ روش تحلیل گفتمان (مطالعۀ موردی: تعاملات نهادی سیاستگذاری علم و فنّاوری در ایران)

در این مقاله تلاش شده با بهره‌گیری از روش کمی خوشه‌بندی میانگین فازی، روش کیفی تحلیل گفتمان را به روشی آمیخته (کیفی- کمی) توسعه داد. بدین منظور تعاملات نهادی سیاست‌گذاری علم و فناوری در ایران به عنوان یک مطالعۀ موردی بررسی شده است. بر این اساس مطابق «طرح آمیختۀ متوالی تبیینی»، نخست با به‌کارگیری روش خوشه‌بندی فازی و ابزار پرسشنامه، گفتمان‌های حاکم بر فضای خبرگان دربارۀ موضوع، احصا و سپس با استفاده از روش تحلیل گفتمان لاکلا و موف و ابزار مصاحبه، به تبیین دال مرکزی، لحظه‌ها و مفصل‌بندی گفتمان‌ها پرداخته شد. بدین ترتیب «گفتمان مشارکتی» حول دال مرکزی «سیاست‌گذاری یکپارچه» و «گفتمان مستقل» حول دال مرکزی «سیاست‌گذاری دولتی» شناسایی شد. مهم‌ترین دستاورد این پژوهش، توسعۀ روش تحلیل گفتمان از پارادایم کیفی به پارادایم آمیخته و بالطبع افزایش اعتبار یافته‌های پژوهش است. علاوه بر این، نوآوری یادشده هم‌جهت با جریان غالب در روش‌شناسی است و به دلیل بهره‌گیری از منطق فازی، قرابت زیادی با مفاهیم پرابهام و پیچیدۀ علوم اجتماعی نیز دارد.
