The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self efficacy, subjective norms, attitudes behave, and entrepreneurship education on the intentions of entrepreneurship the students of Kuningan University .This research use descriptive method, verifikatif, and eksplanatory metoe using questionnaire as the main data gathering tool. In this research, the subject of this research is the students of Kuningan University. Samples in this study are 360 respondents. The data is done by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model with SPSS 20 computer program. The result of this research shows that self efficacy, subjective norm, attitude behave, and entrepreneurship education have a positive effect on entrepreneurship intention.

Tujuan penelitian adalah menjelaskan dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha, menjelaskan dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap EBI, menjelaskan dampak EBI terhadap niat berwirausaha dan menjelaskan peran EBI sebagai mediator dampak antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan niat berwirausaha. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap pada mahasiswa program S1 Reguler FEB-Unud yang telah lulus mata kuliah kewirausahaan dalam kurun waktu tiga semester terakhir. Penelitian menggunakan sampel individu sebagai unit analisis dengan ukuran sampel responden 200 orang dan dibagi ke dalam tiga prodi secara proposional. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis SEM berbasis AMOS. This research uses quantitative method with multiple linier analysis.The Data Collection tools technics used are indirect communication and documentation. Based on the analysis of the research data, it can be concluded that: 1) The practical work and entrepreneurship education partially have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurship interest, which shown from tcount of practical work is 1,747 and entrepreneurship education is 10,371 larger than ttable that is 1,997. 2) The practical work and entrepreneurship education simultaneously have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurship interest, which shown from tcount of practical work is 1,747 and entrepreneurship education is 10,371 larger than table that is 1,997. 3) Rather than practical work, entrepreneurship education is the most significant to influence entrepreneurship interest which shown from tcount is 10,371 with a sigificant value is 0,000 (less than the error rate is 0,05).

To be an advance nation, it takes 14% of one country citizen as entrepreneur, while curently, Indonesia only has 3,1% entrepreneur of its citizen. Therefore, the government promotes entrepreneurial program for students especially those in higher education. Through this research, the factors that might influencing students of Politeknik Negeri Padang, especially non-engineering students, intention as entrepreneur is identified. By distributing questionnaires which developed based on planned behavior theory, data was collected and processed by utilizing structured equational model. It resulted that there are variables that positively influencing intention as entrepreneurial attitude, and others, subjective norms and behavior control are not confirmed.

This study aimed to adapt the "Organizational Social Entrepreneurship" scale to Turkish and to examine its psychometric properties. Following this purpose; It was tried to examine how accurately the scale measures (validity) and how consistent it is when measuring the structure (reliability). Within the scope of validity examinations, explanatory factor analysis was applied to the scale and then the suitability of the model was tested with confirmatory factor analysis. In the second step of the psychometric evaluation, the reliability evaluation was provided with the Cronbach Alpha coefficient, also known as the internal consistency coefficient. In the study, a questionnaire developed for the scale was applied to 305 employees working in various departments of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality. This study aim to determine dimension of personal value towards student at Kiansantang Vocational High School towards their intention in entrepreneurship. Design of this study using cross sectional using an explanatory approach through explanatory survey method. A questionnaire used to collect data from 75 respondents of 12 th grader students of Kiansantang Vocational Highschool. The analysis technique used is an explanatory technique using frequency distribution and path analysis. The result show personal value (as exogen variabel) simultaneously proved to be positive towards entrepreneurship intention. The result of personal value dimension self-direction, show positive effect to entrepreneurship intention with significanat number and categorized as high. Abstrak: Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menilai pengaruh dimensi personal value terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMK Kiansantang. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional melalui pendekatan explanatory survey. Pengumpulan data dari 75 orang responden siswa kelas 12 SMK Kiansantag menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis teknik yang digunakan adalah tabel frekuensi dan analisis jalur. Hasil perhiutngan dari personal value secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Hasil perhitungan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa dimensi self-direction secara dominan mempengaruhi intensi berwirausaha.

There is a tendency that the church has not been maximal in carrying out its social functions when viewed from the issue of a pluralistic community context. The church must actively transform the deacon, specifically alleviating the social problems surrounded. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of distribution of justice, procedural justice, and interactical juastice to organizational trust. Population in this research is all lecturer at high school of economics. The sample collection of 104 people. Data processing is done by structural equation modeling analysis using WarpPLS 5.0 software. The results showed that organizational justice had positive effect on organizational trust. This explains that subordinates who feel justice in their organization will lead them to believe in their organization.
