The Impact of Sternberg Success Intelligence Program Training on Increasing Students' Creativity and Tolerance of Ambiguity

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Sternberg successful intelligence training program on increasing students' creativity and tolerance of ambiguity. Method: The research method was an experimental with pre-test, post-test and follow-up with control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of 15842 fourth grade male students in the academic year 2020-2021 in the city of Isfahan, that 30 people were selected by multi-stage random sampling method and randomly assigned to experimental (n= 15) and control (n= 15) groups. The experimental group received ten sessions of Sternberg Success Intelligence Program training. Data were collected through Torrance Creative Thinking Test Form B (2002) and McLean Ambiguity Tolerance Questionnaire (1993) and were analyzed by mixed analysis of variance. Results: The results showed that Sternberg successful intelligence program was effective in increasing students' creativity and ambiguity tolerance in the post-test phase and this effect remained stable in the follow-up phase. Conclusion: Based on the findings of the present study, it can be concluded that the training of Sternberg successful intelligence program by providing an opportunity to enrich the educational environment of students by using methods such as problem solving, games Unstructured, unusual use of objects, conversation of numbers and semi-finished storytelling can be used as an effective program to increase students' creativity and ambiguity tolerance.

Curriculum Theorizing: "Understanding Explanation" of Educational Experiences

Curriculum theorizing is the methodology of the theory development. We recognize, two approaches to curriculum theorizing; explanation and understanding. Explanation resemble the processes of theorizing like natural scientist does and understanding is an approach to theorizing with its personal engagement consideration, uniqueness evolve from the complexity of and unrepeatable educational phenomena. In this article, two main ideas, objectivismreductionism, subjectivism-mysterianism and a branch of the second idea so called; conceptualism are examined. It is discussed that all three ideas are corresponding with the explanation or understanding and so their deficiency in human life is determined. A Scientometric Study of the Journal of Applied Research of Sport Management

Background and aim: Today, one of the most important methods of scientific evaluation is scientometric studies. The results of these studies can be seen as a roadmap for research planners and policymakers. The aim of this study was to evaluate the scientometrics of the Journal of Applied Research of Sport Management (JARSM). Material and methods: In this applied and scientometric study, all articles of the JARSM from 2012 to 2018 were analyzed. The data were collected through the journal's website and analyzed using Excel and NodeXL. Findings: Of the 279 articles published in the JARSM, 93% were multi-author publications and more than 31% were published in collaboration with scholars from Payame Noor University. This indicates the great interest of this journal in group collaboration as well as the publication of articles affiliated to their own university. Moreover, the thematic areas of sport management, organizational behavior and sport marketing have received more attention. Tehran and West Azerbaijan Provinces had the highest number of papers in JARSM. In addition, the journal has received the most impact from the Journal of Sport Management and Development, and has made the most scientific impact on the Journal of Sport Management. Conclusion: Overall, the results show that the publication trend in the JARSM is sinusoidal, and its citation rate has been accompanied by a downward trend after a period of an upward one.

Explaining the Causal Model of Leadership Challenges of professional Learning Communities at high Schools in Urmia

One of the important factors in the professional development of teachers is the creation of professional learning communities at schools that the important role of school principals in leading the professional learning communities is not hidden for anyone. Therefore, empowering principals and solving challenges in this field can play a very important role in advancing and developing teachers 'competencies and students' progress. The purpose of this study is to explain the Causal model of leadership challenges of high school professional learning communities. The type of research is practical and quantitative-descriptive in terms of data collection and analysis. The statistical population of the study were 451 high school principals in Urmia, of which 210 were select as a sample by stratified random sampling. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire about leadership challenges of professional learning communities, which was evaluating in four sections: individual challenges, group challenges, organizational challenges and external challenges. Content validity by experts and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha 0.88 Calculated and confirmed. Research data analysis was performing by structural equation modeling using software of SMARTPLS18. The results of modeling analysis of leadership challenges of professional learning community showed that the leadership model of professional learning communities has a good fit.
