The amount of the Advertising Rental Value of an advertising spot is influenced by several factors, including the area or class of the road where the advertisement is placed, which consists of several sub-factors such as viewing angles, road width, and the level of density of the area. The magnitude of the NSR in several regions does not represent its "intrinsic value," so it has the potential to provide less optimal results both from the point of view of the owner of the advertisement spot location as well as the party placing the advertisement. The results showed deviations from the NSR, payment according to the contract, and market rental values for the three research sample locations; consideration and evaluation of feasibility are suggested to the location owner and advertiser to obtain more optimal benefits.
