Abstract
The proposed book is composed of a series of chapters derived from academic research work and related to management processes in the organization of the 21st CENTURY. In this work, authors of various nationalities, representing universities in Spain, Mexico, the United States, Peru, Argentina, Brazil and Colombia, reflection financial management, health and safety at work, organizational maturity in project management, SME management in the city of Medellin, as well as competitive advantage based on organized work in Latin American lumber SMEs. Another relevant topic addressed is the theory of social development as a human component. Undoubtedly, the development of marketing strategies is a relevant topic and, therefore, there are two chapters related to it.
