Abstract: This study aims to determine the description of self-concept, interests of majors with work readiness and the relationship of self-concept, interests of majors with work readiness. The approach used is quantitative with a descriptive correlational type of research. The population in this study was class XII students of SMKN 1 Banda Aceh, totaling 228 students. Sampling is done randomly (probability sampling) using simple random sampling technique with a total sample size of 145. Data collected using a questionnaire method with a Likert scale model. The results showed that dominant students (50.3%) had self-concepts that were in the high category, dominant (44.8%) had majors interest in the high category, and dominant (51.1%) had work readiness in the high category. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between perception toward organization with medical student’s interest to organize. The hypothesis is that there is a positive relation between the perception of the organization with the interest of medical students to organize. Population in this research is medical student of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta year II - IV amounted to 252 people with sample 135 people. Self Regulated Learning Mahasiswa Ditinjau Dari Motif Memilih Jurusan

This study aims to describe self-regulated learning of students at the same time examine the relationship between self-regulated learning with student motivation in choosing majors. Subjects in this study were students majoring in Arabic Education (PBA) Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching UIN Sunan Kalijaga both men and women as many as 100 people. Interviews and scale self-regulated learning is used as an instrument in data collection.The results show: first, self-regulated learning of students as a whole are in the medium category (62%) with the highest aspect is the aspect of self-motivation (average value 20.43). Secondly, there is a significant positive relationship between self-regulated learning and motivation in choosing majors (r = 0.876 and p = 0. 004).

Hubungan Konsep Diri Dan Interaksi Teman Sebaya Dengan Prokrastinasi Akademik Mahasiswa

This research aim to know the relationship between self concept and peers interaction of academic procrastination student'. The subjek in this study are the student' in eight semesters or being a thesis at the Muhammadiyah Universitas Surakarta as much as 114 respondents. The hipothesis tested was there is a connection between self concept and peer interaction with academic procrastination. The technique of sampling use incidental sampling. Data collection is carried out by three scales, is the scale of the academic procrastination, the self concept and peer interaction. The statistical analysis used in this study were multipel linier regression analysis. Statistical analysis result obtained that there is a significant relationship between self concept and peer interaction with academic procrastination. The effective contribution of the self concept and peer interaction agains academic procrastination is 15%. The result of this research showed there was a significant relationship between self concept and peer interaction with academic procrastination. The conclusion of relationship self concept and peer interaction are negatif toward academic procrastination. That is, if self concept and peer interaction is higher, so academic procrastination student' will go down. The implication of this research in the field of education is an academic procrastination can be reduced by improving the self concept and peer interaction. Self concept give a framework of thinking that determine how to process the information abaut yourself is good from a physical aspect, psychic aspect, sosial aspects, moral and family aspects, so that student' have the self motivation, emotional stability and trust on the capability of self finishing academic assignments. In addition the high peer interaction as a function of the information source and motivation can give good influence for student' in finishing academic assignments.

Hubungan Antara Konsep Diri Dengan Harga Diri Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Potensi Utama

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara konsep diri dengan harga diri mahasiswa Universitas Potensi Utama. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Potensi Utama prodi perbankan syariah yang berjumlah 78 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala Likert yang terdiri dari dua skala, yaitu skala konsep diri dan skala harga diri. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah metode kolerasi rxy sebesar 0,493 dengan sig < 0,010, artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara konsep diri mahasiswa universutas potensi utama, yang menunjukan semakin positif konsep diri maka semakin positif pula harga diri. Sebaliknya semakin negative konsep diri, maka semakin negative harga diri dalam penelitian ini, karena mean empirik (115.487) lebih besar dari mean hipotetik (105) dan selisih diantara keduanya tidak melebihi bilangan SD (13,636). Dan harga diri positif, karena mean empirik (141.192) lebih besar dari mean hipotetik (130) dan selisih keduanya tidak melebihi bilangan SD (16.050). Konsep diri memberikan pengaruh terhadap harga diri sebesar 24,3%. Ini berarti terdapat 75,7% pengaruh dari faktor lain terhadap harga diri.

This study aims to determine how students' self-concept in determining life partners and how students determine life partners. This study uses a phenomenological type of qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and life history. The subjects were 4 students of Islamic counseling guidance class 2018 State Islamic University of Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung who were selected using snowball sampling with the criteria of having been in a relationship for one year or more. Data analysis used the Miles & Hubberman method, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.
