There is a transformation in realizing a superior institution not only from committee funds, but also through economic independence and the togetherness of the Ma'arif Sidoarjo institution. Moreover, SMA/MA/SMK students, as pre-productive ages, are expected to have sufficient skills to make ends meet when they have graduated. Furthermore, in the AEC blueprint era, all fields are directed to be more productive and entrepreneurial-based. This research seeks to explore the development of entrepreneurship among students, which in this study as the object of research is the Ma'arif Sidoarjo institution, and is represented by SMK NU plus Sidoarjo. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. To validate the validity of the data, the researcher has the role of being directly involved in the interview, observation, and documentation processes. Researchers used the snowball sampling technique in the data collection process. Researchers interviewed teachers, vice principals, administrators of the Annahliyah cooperative, those in charge of school entrepreneurship, and students who were involved in the practice. This study found that there was feedback on the development of entrepreneurship that could be felt by all layers including; improving school quality, improving the welfare of teachers/staff, improving the quality of graduates and also the trust of colleagues (alfamart, indomaret
