The Influence of Work Environment and Culture on Employee Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable

This research aims to analyze the influence of work environment, work culture, and motivation on employee performance at PT. PNM Medan Tembung. The research method employed in this study is quantitative research, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 employees of PT. PNM Medan Tembung. The data were then analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results of the analysis indicate that work culture has a significant influence on employee performance, as well as employee motivation. However, no significant relationship was found between the work environment and employee performance. Additionally, employee motivation was found to mediate the relationship between work culture and employee performance. Basically, this study aims to examine and analyze the importance of work motivation and occupational health and safety on employee performance by using job satisfaction variable as a mediating variable in the PT. Cipta Abadi Jaya Trans. By using a quantitative research design with an explanatory survey method, namely data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The sample collection of organic employee respondent data is 130 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS Version 3.2.9 is used as a tool to process data. Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable in the Relationship Between Work Safety and Health (K3) and Work Environment to Employee Performance

This research aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of work safety and health (K3) and work environment to employee's performance. The sample for this research is the 86 employees at CV Purindah Lawang Malang. Sampling technique that was used is the census technique. The data was obtained from respondents collecting data tools, which is a questionnaire. Data analysis that was used is path analysis. In this research, there are four variables, which are work safety and health (K3) and work environment as independent variables, employee's performance as a dependent variable, and work satisfaction as a mediator variable. The result of this research proves that work satisfaction is a media to improve the work environment's effect on employee's performance. So, the company should provide earplug, give allowance to the employees, and apply a standardized workspace layout. In conclusion, high work satisfaction is needed by employees in every company.

Effect of Occupational Health and Safety, and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Working Satisfaction as Mediation Variable

Objective-This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Occupational Health and Safety, and the Working Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) with sample on DAOP I Jakarta. Methodology/Technique-The study population numbered 292 employees and 75 respondents be adopted as a sample of the study. Techniques of analysis using a statistical test structural equation model-based variance (SmartPLS). Findings-The results showed that, (1) Occupational Health and Safety had no effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, (2) the Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (4) Occupational Health and Safety has no effect on Employee Performance even though through Job Satisfaction mediation, (5) the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through mediation of Job Satisfaction, (6) Occupational Health and Safety, and the Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with the coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,533, (7) Occupational Health and Safety, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to Employee Performance with coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,890. Novelty-The company is expected to provide adequate rest periods, maintain the nutritional intake of its employees by providing healthy food, provide educational scholarships for further levels for employees, safeguard the work environment from chemical hazards and other hazards, and give positive motivation to the employees.

The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of organizational culture variable and work motivation to employee performance, PT. InoacPolytechno Indonesia, PasarKemis, Tangerang.The method used is quantitative method and analyze the relationship between independent variables with dependent variable, measurement method used is using Likert scale by taking 30 respondents from existing population as research sample. For regression test the researcher uses statistical analysis with smartPLS program3.2.6.From the result of research known equation KK = 0.547 (BO) + 0.292 (MK). Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, which has the ability of p-values 0.000 <0,05. While work motivation has positive and insignificant effect on employee's performance, that is having ability of pvalues value 0,092> 0,05.

This study aims to analyze the effects of safety culture, safety leadership and the safety climate on organizational commitment and employee performance. Using the survey method, responses from 218 respondents were collected to understand the complete picture of a port service industry in Indonesia. Data were analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) and it reveals that each safety culture variable, safety climate safety leadership, and employee commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Organizational commitment variables may enhance the effects of safety culture, safety leadership and a safety climate on employee performance.

This research aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance through employee job satisfaction. Population and sample of this research are all employees at Pasuruan Regional Secretariat which amount to 170 people. Questionnaires distributed to respondents were 170, of which 130 were returned, the response rate was 76.47%. Data analysis used is the technique of structural equation (SEM) with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results of this research indicate that: 1). Organizational culture direct positive and significant influences on job satisfaction 2) organizational culture direct positive and significant influences on employee performance. 3) job satisfaction a direct positive and significant influences on employee performance, 4) work motivation a direct positive and significant Influences on job satisfaction, 5) work motivation did not influence on employee performance, 6) job satisfaction mediate a relationship between organizational culture and work motivation with employee performance. The findings of this research provide both theoretical and practical implications. This research contributes to the existing management literature related to Organizational Culture, work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. The research aimed to find out to what extent the effect of work environment on work motivation. The population of this research was all 74 permanent employees at PT. Loka Indah Lestari in Popayato Barat, Pohuwato. The analysis method used simple linear regression analysis. The result of analysis revealed that the work environment had a significant effect on work motivation from tcount 3,975 > ttable 1,666 with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. Thus, it found that work environment affected work motivation for 39,2% or it was low effect between work envornment on work motivation, and it certainly contained a phenomenon of lack of company attention to employees related to the work environment, particuraly inadequate road access and communication media (signal).
