This research compared the effectiveness of two microlearning systems, the Adaptive Microlearning (AMlearning) System and the Conventional Microlearning (CM-learning) System, in enhancing the learning achievement and adaptability of on-the-job adults. The AM-learning system is an enhanced adaptive microlearning system, serving as the experimental group with adaptive qualities, compared to the control group, CM-learning.
