The development of the banking and financial services industry has experienced rapid progress in recent years as a result of technological advances and deregulation policies. there are many things that encourage a prospective customer to choose a bank and there are still many people who are hesitant to save in Islamic banks this is because people do not know information about Islamic banks, do not know information about Islamic banks and do not understand the system of profit sharing at the expense of Sharia, the analysis approach cohran analysis, research aims, first to find out what factors influence the customer's decision to save in Islamic banks, second to find out how much influence these factors on the customer's decision in choosing an Islamic bank and third to find out which factors the most dominant decision of customers in saving at Islamic banks. Based on the test results obtained asymp sig below 0.05 means that on external indicators obtain significant results this proves the factors that influence customer decisions in saving in Islamic banks in the city of Batam, the conclusion of the results of this study found that the dominant variables that influence customer decisions in saving at Islamic banks, among others, characteristic factors on the indicator, Paying attention to the results, while the service factor and trust in the indicator, Able to provide trust and confidence, fast, appropriate, appropriate and reliable service, polite, friendly service and knowledge factor on indicators, Knowing the Sharia banking system, Knowing Sharia bank information and Influencing the name and image of the bank.
