Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberiann kompensasi terhadap prestasi kerja guuru dan karyawan di SMA Dr.Soetomo Surabaya. responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. metode yang digunakan adalah sampel populasi. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar angket. metode analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan software spss. hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh besar terhadap prestasi kerja guru dan karyawan di SMA Dr.Soetomo Sorabaya.berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja guru dan karyawan di SMA

Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan etos kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Taspen (Persero) KC Pematangsiantar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan PT Taspen (Persero) KC Pematangsiantar yang berjumlah 41 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner, metode wawancara dan metode dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of organizational culture and job promotion on employee performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. The object of research is limited to organizational culture variable and job promotion as independent variable and employee performance as dependent variable. Samples, ie as many as 72 Respondents. This study aims to determine the effect of work conflict and job stress simultaneously and partially on job satisfaction of employees of PT. TASPEN (Persero) Malang. This type of research used in this research is the explanation (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach to describe the relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 36 respondents from PT. TASPEN (Persero) Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kusuma Kaisan secara simultan maupun parsial. Dengan menggunakan teknik slovin dalam menentukan jumlah sampel, kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 100 responden. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukan bahwa seluruh butir pertanyaan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil analisis korelasi ganda menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, hasil dari koefisien determinasi dapat dijelaskan sebesar 62 % kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja sedangkan 38% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, seperti kepuasan kerja, tingkat stres, kondisi pekerjaan, dan desain pekerjaan.
