The MSU consortium works with governments, researchers, and private sector stakeholders in Feed the Future focus countries in Africa and Asia to co-create a global program of research and institutional capacity development that will enhance the ability of local policy research organizations to conduct high-quality food security policy research and to influence food security policy more effectively while becoming increasingly self-reliant. The papers are aimed at researchers, policy makers, donor agencies, educators, and international development practitioners. Selected papers will be translated into other languages.
