The authors to build Decision Support Systems to determine the model of granting relief to the residents who will serve as objects in the determination of the grant Restoration House is not Livable in the village Karanganyar Regency. The method used is a Multifactor Evaluation Process method which uses the collective approach of the decision-making process. The resulting system provides a choice of alternatives in determining recommendations help restore home is not livable. So the effort of realizing a livable village neighborhood that became the right of every citizen actually being realized.

The Implementation of Simple Additive Weighting Method in the Selection of Rehabilitation Fund Recipients for Uninhabitable Home

Simetris: Jurnal Teknik Mesin, Elektro dan Ilmu Komputer, 2019

The rehabilitation program is one of the programs given to people who have homes that are not habitable. They are usually from poor families with low economic income. In this program, the family will receive funds to rehabilitate their home. However, as long as the program is running, various problems have been encountered, including those who received fund sometimes received back the fund for rehabilitation funds. This is of course not in accordance with regulations that only allow applicants to receive the fund once. Based on this problem, a decision support system was made to select potential recipients of rehabilitation funds for uninhabitable house. By using the SAW method which is based on the value of criteria and preference weights, an appropriate assessment and ranking can be obtained after going through the selection process of assessing the weight of each attribute. The support for the selection decision for receiving uninhabitable rehabilitation fund was generated in thi...

Decision Support System for Determining Indigent Public Health Insurance Participants with Weighted Product Method in Pringsewu

IJISCS (International Journal of Information System and Computer Science)

JAMKESMAS to realize health equity is one of the programs implemented by the Government of Indonesia through the Social Service and Health Office, this program is implemented in rural and suburban areas. The JAMKESMAS program is aimed at people who are deprived or have low income in rural areas. With JAMKESMAS, it is hoped that they can get assistance in the health sector in Indonesia. The implementation of this program is in order to support the achievement of targets through mainstreaming and expanding community-based development approaches. However, to determine the participants of JAMKESMAS is very difficult because many people will be selected. This is what makes the author want to do research and create a decision support system so that it is fast in the selection process. The method used is the WP method. The result of this decision support system is that the provision of assistance to JAMKESMAS is right on target for families who really need this assistance.

Developing weighting system for refurbishment building assessment scheme in Malaysia through analytic hierarchy process (AHP) approach

Energy Policy

The building industry has an undeniable impact on the natural environment. Evidence shows that existing buildings make a significant contribution to energy demand and CO2 emissions. Refurbishing existing buildings offers significant opportunities to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions. The Malaysian government has set a target to retrofit 100 government buildings in order to contribute to the country's commitment to reduce the CO2 emissions intensity of gross domestic product by 45% by 2030. However, there is no specific sustainability assessment scheme targeted at building refurbishment in Malaysia. Thus, this research aims to support the development of a refurbishment sustainability assessment scheme for Malaysia. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was adopted in order to rank assessment themes and identify the priorities of the study's participating stakeholders. The outcome is the Malaysian Refurbishment Assessment Scheme (MRAS), which includes a set of weightings and a classification system for the selected assessment themes and subthemes. The methods and findings can be adapted for use by other practitioners to develop building assessment schemes in order to pursue the goals of sustainable development through refurbishment.

ecision Support System for Subsidized Housing Selection Based on Best-Worst Method and Simple Additive Weighting

International Journal of Advanced Trends in Computer Science and Engineering, 2020

The increase in population and urbanization in Indonesia has led to a large demand for housing supply in cities, but the increase has not been matched by an increase in population welfare, so the Government offers subsidies for household loans to Indonesian citizens through household loan credit (KPR). The selection of subsidized housing that meets the criteria desired by the people is not a simple problem because of the many choices of subsidized housing with relatively similar prices and limited information that is owned by the general public. Therefore, this research will fulfill the wishes of the people through the development of a decision support system (DSS) for the selection of subsidized housing that uses the Best-Worst Method (BWM) and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) approaches. The results of testing in this study have provided adecision support system for subsidized housing that is most following the wishes of the person. This decision supportsystem also makes it easier for the person to select subsidized housing so that low-income persons can avoid making mistakes in choosing the subsidized housing they must pay within the next 15-20 years.

A Novel Combination Scheme of the Modified TOPSIS and ITARA in Housing Assistance and Building Assessments

WSEAS TRANSACTIONS ON ENVIRONMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

Disasters chatter properties and fragilize their safety and sustainability. Whether man-made or natural hazards, they render the buildings’ habitability, functionality, and operationality inappropriate. Thus, stakeholders directly assess the damages and plan for adequate and accurate housing support of the surveyed blocks. These plans and strategies cope with the complexity of the occurring problems and highlight the support priorities and their types for a set of damaged buildings. Therefore, combining multi-criteria decision-making tools and implementing their techniques in defining suitable measures is of paramount necessity. This paper presents a modified approach for the combination of ITARA and TOPSIS while coping with the RRP and standardizing approaches. To the best of our knowledge, the proposed combination scheme is a novel approach to categorizing distressed buildings regarding their required assistance, priorities, rank reversal problem, threshold criteria, and alternati...

Application Selection Lending Houses Subsidized by the Method of AHP and SAW

Journal of Physics: Conference Series, 2019

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can help somebody in making an accurate decision and precisely. many problems can be solved by using DSS, one of them is the determination of giving a subsidized home loans. Giving loans has a higher risk and can affect the pace of company's development if there's a bad credit. A company needs a DSS to help the credit analysis' team in making decision by the recomendation if the consumer deserves the loan or not. the calculation method that's used in this research is to compare two methods of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).. The result shows by using SAW method for consumers V4 scored 0,25; while using AHP to consumers A004 scored 0,31.
