The objective of this study is to analyze the entrepreneurial intention in undergraduate students from different Higher Education Institutions in Mexico. Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior, adding the elements of entrepreneurship spaces and the perceived risk. In this quantitative study, a sample of 3,061 students was analyzed using a Structural Equation Model. With an R2 coefficient of 0.630 and significant values in the variables entrepreneurship spaces, attitude towards entrepreneurship and behavioral control, it is possible to conclude that entrepreneurship spaces promote entrepreneurial intention in Mexican students, which is why they should be recognized. as an important link in the entrepreneurial process.
