Motivation, leadership and workplace discipline are three of several factors that are regarded to have relatively great influence on the performance of employees of PT Integrated Injakayu Terpadu, Gunung Putri Bogor. To investigate the effect, the present research aimed to determine the influence of motivation, leadership and working discipline on the performance of the employees of the company. The study was conducted by taking 70 employees as a research sample which was an proportional to a total population of 230 employees. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire instrument with six rating scales ranging from very poor/low to very good/excellent. THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP, DISCIPLINE AND MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN DINAS KETAHANAN PANGAN SUNGAI PENUH CITY

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership, discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Sungai Penuh City. This research is motivated by a leadership that is still partial and does not care about the conditions of existing employees, fluctuating work discipline, low employee motivation and unstable performance achievement of employees at the Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Sungai Penuh City. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and interviews. Respondents of this study were 43 employees at the Dinas Ketahanan Pangan of Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Province. The sampling method used was the total sampling method in which the entire population in this study was used as the research sample. Hypothesis testing is calculated using the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program version 25.0. The results of this study found that leadership partially has a significant effect on performance, discipline partially has no significant effect on performance, motivation partially has a significant effect on performance and from the ANOVA test, the value with significance = 0.000 <0.05, with Ftable = 2.840; Fcount> Ftable or 14.553> 2.840,; it can be concluded that leadership, discipline and motivation together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee performance at the Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Sungai Penuh City.

Effect of Leadership Style on Employee Performance at Pt. Hevea Indonesia Works with Work Discipline as Intervening Variable

The results of this study indicate. (1) It can be seen that the magnitude of the adjusted R square value is 0.175 or 17.5%. This shows that Work Discipline (Z) and Leadership Style (X) can explain Employee Performance (Y) by 17.5%, the remaining 82.5% (100% - 17.5%) is explained by other variables outside the model. this research. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the discipline has on work, organizational climate, work ethic, and leadership on employee performance at the Barong Tongkok sub-district office, West Kutai regency. The phenomenon of decreasing employee performance, leadership in the company, employee motivation that is still not good, and employee work discipline that has not been implemented properly by employees. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, work discipline on employee performance at PT. Aneka Gas Industri Tbk., North Sumatra Region. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling using the Slovin formula in determining the sample. The number of samples in this study was 175 people. Employee performance is the result of work that strongly relates to the company’s strategic goals. The company’s performance is largely determined by its human resources.
