The curriculum and learning have a very central position in education. In general, the curriculum is a set or system of planning and regulation regarding the content and material of learning that is guided inteaching and learning activities. Without the curriculum as a plan, then learning will not be effective. Curriculum management is a process of running and the system arranges a cooperative, comprehensive and systematic curriculum to refer to the achievement of curriculum objectives that have been formulated. Learning is one from of program because good learning requires careful planning.
