The political situation in the world of the 19th and 20th centuries could be summarized the-possibly interesting-situation of the other governments besides the big countries politically and economically strong in the world arena. The reason is that the period in question is considered as the era of colonialism in the world. Within this context, Argentina went on the world arena as a young country, having earned its independence from Spain that had a wide colonial area, especially in South America in the 19th century. Along with its independence, as with every independent country, Argentina tried to establish all kinds of relations with other countries on international platforms. Accordingly, naturally the relations with other Latin American countries that were its neighbors gained prominence primarily and next they invited the Europeans, who had a capitalistic mentality for their benefit in the areas of industry and trade, which were almost not established at all, and then the Middle Eastern countries, which would cultivate their vast agricultural land and who knew about agriculture, to their country. The beginning of the relations between the Ottomans and Argentina was this invitation. In the 19 th and 20 th centuries hundreds of thousands of people migrated to work in Argentina from the Ottoman Empire. There was also some migration from Argentina to the land of the Ottomans, but this was never at a level to be compared with the former. The reason was the Ottomans were going to Argentina to earn their living, but the Argentineans who came to the Ottoman Empire were only the consulate officials to execute the official relations between the two countries and a few other Argentineans (agents, students or missionaries). In our study called, it has been attempted to shed light as much as possible on the social, political, economic, cultural and all other relations in the era in question between the Ottoman Empire and the Republic of Argentina, which is very far from the Empire and which was a country having gained their independence a short time ago. The events experienced in the mentioned period that were sometimes friendly and sometimes critical and tragic were determined and a lid was taken off regarding the historical relations between the two countries.
