This study, of significant importance, evaluated the digital leadership capability of white collar employees in Turkey. Data was collected through a survey method by interacting with participants face-to-face or through digital channels via Google Docs. The survey targeted white-collar employees working in the technology departments of corporate companies in Turkey. A total of 119 participants participated in the research. Participants' answers were evaluated using the Digital Leadership Skills Scale. This scale measures several dimensions of digital leadership, including visionary leadership and the ability to create a digital learning culture. It also evaluates the strategic use of digital tools to improve organizational performance. Analysis of the study data involved comparing the mean scores of the different sets using the Mann-Whitney U Test for comparisons between two sets and the Kruskal-Wallis Test for comparisons involving more than two groups. The study's findings, of great interest, revealed that participants generally demonstrated high levels of digital leadership skills. This shows that the technology sector employees of corporate companies in Turkey have strong abilities to lead digital initiatives and drive digital transformation in their organizations. These skills are crucial to staying competitive and fostering innovation in an increasingly digital world. Additionally, high digital leadership ability is associated with better adaptability to new technologies and more effective implementation of digital strategies, which are essential for the success of digital transformation efforts. These findings have practical implications for corporate professionals, highlighting the importance of developing digital leadership skills to drive innovation and digital transformation in their organizations.
