Tujuan penelitian menganalisis dan mengetahui tingkat minat masyarakat nasabah bank konvensional yang ada di Desa Air Payang Kecamatan Pulau Laut untuk menggunakan Bank Syariah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Desa Air Payang Kecamatan Pulau Laut. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden. Dalam membuktikan dan menganalisis hal tersebut, maka digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta menggunakan tenik analisis data deskriptif produk moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa minat masyarakat Desa Air Payang untuk menggunakan bank syariah sebanyak 13,36% hal ini berarti masyarakat berminat menggunakan produk dan layanan di bank syariah. selanjutnya, diikuti oleh faktor agama sebanyak 30,67 %, faktor pendidikan 8,37 %, faktor pribadi 29,90%, faktor promosi 21,67%, faktor lokasi 12,94%. This research is to identify and analyze the factors of conventional bank customers' perception in Pondok Pesantren community in using Islamic banking services and identify and analyze switching barriers factors to become sharia bank customers for the Pondok Pesantren community. The paradigm in this research uses quantitative research with a CFA approach. The results showed that the factors that become conventional bank customers' perceptions in using Islamic banking for the Islamic boarding school community are comprised of three perceptions, namely customer perception variables consisting of a cognitive dimension, affective, and connectively. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the choice of Muslim customers against sharia banks and conventional banks. The object of research is sharia bank and conventional bank in Tangerang Selatan area. Data were collected through questionnaires. From the research result, there are four determinants of customer decision in sharia bank are: factor 1 (process), factor 2 (assurance), factor 3 (intense to use) and factor 4 (promotion). Factors influencing the decision to choose a conventional bank product are: factor 1 (reliability), factor 2 (people), factor 3 (feeling) and factor 4 (promotion). Bank service quality measurement is expected to provide useful information for bank management to improve and improve service quality to customers.

Indonesia Sharia banks need to be developed because they have comprehensive advantages over conventional banking. To reach services to the community, it is necessary to expand in developing a network of Sharia Bank offices. Therefore there must be an effort from Sharia banking increases public interest in Sharia Banks so that it can be developed. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the interest of the Bawean community in choosing a Sharia Partner Bank and to find out what the most dominant factors influence the interest of Bawean community in choosing Sharia Partner Bank. This study uses descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study is 165 samples of Bawean community and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis which is a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of this study indicate that the marketing mix factor, internal individual consumers and external individual consumers influence the interest of the Bawean community in choosing Sharia Partner Banks. While the marketing mix factor is the most dominant factor affecting the interest of the Bawean community in choosing Sharia Partner Banks.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pengetahuan Produk Bank Syariah, Pelayanan Bank Syariah, dan Pendapatan terhadap Preferensi Menabung Mahasiswa di Bank Syariah dengan Persepsi sebagai Variabel Moderating. Jurnal Penelitian Bank Syariah vs Bank Konvensional

Abstrak Research on underlying behavior of both current and prospective consumer within banking industry is an important issue. The choice of consumer in selecting banking institution not only determined by economical factors but also may influence non-economic factors, such as their attitude and beliefs. This article was based on the research conducted to identify factors that could differentiate consumers' choice on selecting banking services; between conventional and syaria banks. The sample of this study was divided into four groups; syaria customer, conventional bank's customer, customer of both syaria and conventional banks, and non-consumer neither syaria nor conventional banks. The sample was selected by using convenience sampling technique located in municipalities and regencies where there exist both syaria and conventional banks offices. The respondent of the study varies based on their demography characteristics which consist of 310 repondents. The data was analysed by utilizing descriptive approach and crosstab analysis. Further, in order to determine the dimension of factors underlying the buying decision of customer in selecting the banks, this study employs factor analysis. The result of factor anlysis indicates that there exist differences in the dimension underlying their decision in selecting banks. In case of syaria bank, there are several dimensions, namely; perception, personnal selling, family, cost and benefit, religion and beliefs. Meanwhile for conventional bank such underlying dimension influenced by; rational motivation, cost and benefit, family, promotional activities, and life style. Further analysis through crosstab analysis, there exist several relationships between several dimensions utilized in the study. Such relationship has been found between the age, income, educational level, occupation and the banking type that the respondent selects. The research also found that there is no relationship between repondent's perception on interest and the type of bank that they choose. In other word, the majority of respondent of this study did not agree with the interest principle but they still choose to deal with banking institution based on their economic rationale. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, trust, location, income, and perception of profit sharing on interest in saving in Islamic banks. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique was simple random sampling and a sample of 100 respondents. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that financial literacy and location did not affect the interest in saving in Islamic banks in the people of Banyumas Regency. trust, income and perception of profit sharing have a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving in Islamic banks in the people of Banyumas Regency. the need to improve the provision of information about Islamic banks such as Islamic principles and products in Islamic banks, so that public interest in saving in Islamic banks will increase.

Serupa Namun Berbeda antara Bank Syariah dan Bank Konvensional

Bank merupakan salah satu urat nadi perekonomian sebuah negara, tanpa Bank, bisa kita bayangkan bagaimana kita sulitnya menyimpan dan mengirimkan uang, memperoleh tambahan modal usaha atau melakukan transaksi perdagangan Internasional secara efektif dan aman. Saat ini banyak orang memperbincangkan tentang perbankan syariah, yang merupakan salah satu perangkat ekonomi syariah. Sebenarnya apadefinisi dari Bank syariah itu? Bagaimana cara kerja Bank Syariah? Dan apa bedanya Bank Syariah dengan Bank Umum yang banyak berkembang di masyarakat saat ini atau yang sering disebut juga dengan Bank Konvensional? Disini akan dibahas sekilas satu per satu tentang perbankan syariah. Bank di Indonesia terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu bank syariah dan bank konvensional. Menurut UU RI No.7 Tahun 1992 Bab I pasal 1 ayat 1,"Bank adalah badan usaha yang menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk simpanan, dan menyalurkannya kepada masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkaan taraf hidup rakyat banyak". Perbankan syariahatau Perbankan Islam adalah suatu sistem perbankan yang dikembangkan berdasarkan syariah (hukum) islam. Usaha pembentukan sistem perbankan syariah ini didasari oleh larangan dalam agama islam untuk memungut maupun meminjam dengan bunga atau yang disebut dengan riba serta larangan investasi untuk usaha-usaha yang dikategorikan haram (usaha yang berkaitan dengan produksi makanan/minuman haram, usaha media yang tidak islami, dll), dimana hal ini tidak dijamin oleh sistem perbankan konvensional. Di Indonesia perbankan syariah dipelopori oleh Bank Muamalat Indonesia, dan hingga tahun 2007 sudah terdapat 3 institusi bank syariah di Indonesia yaitu Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri dan Bank Mega Syariah. Sementara itu bank umum yang telah memiliki unit usaha syariah adalah 19 bank, diantaranya merupakan bank besar seperti Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) dan Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero).Sistem syariah juga telah digunakan oleh Bank Perkreditan Rakyat, saat ini telah berkembang 104 BPR Syariah. Keberadaan Bank Syariah di Indonesia telah di atur dalam UU No.10 tahun 1998 tentang Perubahan UU No.7 tahun 1992 tentang Perbankan. Sementara itu, Bank Konvensional adalah Bank Umum yang melaksanakan kegiatan usahanyasecara konvensional.
