Abstract

Abstract Ribosylation of trimethylsilyl uric acid by tetra O-acetyl-β-D-ribofuranose in the presence of trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate as the condensing agent was studied at various ratio of the reactants. As a result uric acid N7-monoriboside and N7, N7, N7-diriboside were obtained and their spectral properties examined.
