Relationships between Science and Power have been studied from centuries and is obvious to ask why Science is a Power and who have scientific power. Paper describes recent phenomenon of Citizen Science and put it inside the bigger phenomenon of globalization both cultural globalization and political globalization. Starting from real examples it is showed this phenomenon has created the International Community of Citizen scientists. This is a new, transnational and fundamentally democratic form of Power. Paper ends with an example showing this Community can take more democracy inside a cultural system in which democracy is poor.
