Abstract

In this paper, an IoT-based water quality monitoring and control system is proposed, which analyzes water quality and quantity while also cleaning unclean water. The system captures water data using various water sensors and sends it via the Internet to remote servers. It automatically opens the water pump based on the volume of water, and if the water purity value goes below a specified threshold, it notifies the owner, cleans the water tank, and disposes of the dirty water. The major purpose of this system is to verify whether the water is dirty using real-time water data analysis and to clean the water tank by draining the dirty water. Several water data from 750 samples were collected and processed then data were plotted to visualize the correlation among those water parameters. Also, the performance of this project is evaluated and 93% accuracy is found based on the capability of finding actual water quality.
