Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pemilihan Karir Mahasiswa Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Malang

This study aims to examine the factors that distinguish career selection as a Public Accountant by Accounting Students with the independent variables used: Salary, Professional Recognition, Social Values, Work Environment, Work Market Balances, and Personality. Career selection as the dependent variable. The number of respondents in study were 180 students of the Faculty of Economics Accounting Islamic University of Malang. With data analysis techniques used are: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Logistic Regression Analysis and Determination Coefficient Test. Research results show that Salary, Professional Recognition, Social Values, Work Environment, Labour Market Balances, and Personality have a positive effect on the selection of careers for Public Accountants by Accounting Students of Malang Islamic University. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence student decisions in choosing lectures at the Mataram University of Technology (UTM). This research was conducted during September to March, namely on first semester students of the odd semester class of 2021/2022 at the Mataram University of Technology. This study is a causal associative research which means that the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable, data collection is carried out using an instrument/questionnaire for 36 new students using the sampling method using Non-Probability Sampling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor pribadi dan faktor sosial terhadap keputusan mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi di Universitas Darma Agung. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu faktor pribadi dan faktor sosial dan variabel dependennya yaitu keputusan mahasiswa. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 843 orang mahasiswa dengan sampel 89 responden dengan rumus slovin. This study empirically tested and analyzed the decision-making factors of UMMagelang Faculty of Economics and Business students in choosing study programs. These factors include the image of tertiary institutions, interests, joint decisions, availability of jobs, sources of public information, and Word of Mouth (WOM) on the decision making of prospective students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UMMagelang to choose study programs.The sample used in this study was an early semester student at the management and accounting study program of FEB UMMagelang. The sample of semester 2 students is because they are classified as new students and can still be measured and identified their interest in choosing study programs at FEB UMMagelang. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of service maketing mix on student’s decision toward university choice. The objectives were: to determine factors of service marketing mix that affect student’s decision making and which factors are significantly affected it. The samples were students of Economic Faculty of YARSI University. The results of the research showed that there is only three factors from service marketing mix that significantlyhave an influence on the students’ decision. Those three factors were product(sig = 0.000), promotin, (sig = 0.042) and physical evidence (sig = 0.001), while price and place do not influence on the students’ decision.
