In 2013 the Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento welcomed the donation of the Archive of the Agrarian League Movement (AMLA). So as to achieve archive description according to international norms, the material was registered after a research stage in addition to external counseling and UByD personnel training. So as to log the funds, the sections, the series and the documents that make up the AMLA, the multilevel description rules and the presentation of the information in context stipulated in the norm ISAD (G) was observed, this implied studying and redesigning the technological service of the UByD. Adapting the data base and the OPAC meant analyzing the main document management system usually used for archives. To define the structure of the data base where to register the AMLA material, various sources that crosswalk the norm ISAD(G) with MARC 21 were consulted, always bearing in mind that the resulting structure should enable the use of an OPAC that represented the different levels and the presentation in context of the component of the archive.
