Its’ management is tightly linked to the gestational age of the pregnancy, taking into account the possibility of infection of the fetus. Material and methods: In this retrospective study over 3 years, we included all 295b inborn neonates in our NICU from pregnancies with PRM over 18 hours. The following parameters were assessed: the duration of ruptured membranes, inflammatory syndrome and isolated germs in pregnant women, antepartum antibioprophylaxis, gestational age, birth weight, Apgar scores, inflammatory syndrome, cultures, clinical presentation, and outcome of the neonates.
