Map showing the activities of SAHI on three continents. ABSTRACT In 2010, trial excavations were carried out in Budmerice, the Sušička (Farárova roľa) site. The site has been known since the 1950's. Surface survey, salvage excavations, aerial photography, and geophysical surveys were all carried out. Settlements dating to the Lengyel, Baden, and Maďarovce cultures, as well as to the Iron Age, Medieval Age. Lately even Slavic fi nds were identifi ed among survey material from the site.
