This study aims to design an interactive CD wake up in order to improve student learning outcomes in subjects Computer Network. The design of an interactive CD begins with a needs analysis, interactive CD design, followed by testing before being implemented. When finished designed and built, then the interactive CD learning is implemented in Computer Networking. Early observation that was done by the researcher showed that the student learning outcome at SMK 1 Pulau Punjung is still at the low level due to the assumption that the students lack media support in learning. Using an Interactive Tutorial CD is believed to be able to reduce the dependence of the student toward the teachers. The aim of this research was to design the interactive tutorial CD in the form of multimedia based learning media which contain the theory and the basic subject of computer network. It is also equipped with examples of Video tutorial lab computer network installation. The result of this study indicates that there is an improvement in student learning outcome by using this learning media. The problem of limited teachers in school can also be alleviated.

The purpose of this research is to develop interactive learning media on computer and basic networks subject that are valid, practical and effective. This reasearch is used the Four-D design model that is applied to develop and test the validity, practicality and effectiveness of interactive learning media in computer and basic networkinglearning. The research is used the Four-D model include defining, designing, developing, and distributing. The results of the validity test on interactive learning media are valid. Based on teachers and students responses about instructional media shows the results of interactive learning media are very practical and learning outcomes from students indicate the learning media has been effectively used for computer and basic networkinglearning. The analysis resultshows that interactive learning media is better in improving student learning processes.
In the fact, students in the school were seen that most of them have low learning spirit, students were less active, because lack of using instructional media that corresponded with students characteristics in the learning process. This study aimed to know about effectiveness of instructional media based on interactive CD learning that had developed. Effectiveness test was carried out by giving pretest and posttest instruments to the students. The instruments of effectiveness was using test, and the data was processed by Independent T-test formula. Instructional media based on interactive CD learning was said effective to improve students outcomes because 87,60% students had reached Minimum Mastery Criteria. Based on the result, can be concluded that instructional media based on interactive CD learning on Basic Network was effective to use as instructional media on Basic Network learning process.

This research and development aims to produce products in the form of Interactive Media CDs for students of class X majoring in software engineering at Padang State Vocational High School 2 based on the lectora inspire application. The research method used is the method of research and development, using the ADDIE development model. The development steps are: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implement, (5) Evaluate. Product development validation includes. The results of the assessment by experts in terms of the aspect of content eligibility: 71.00%, language component: 71.25%, presentation component: 71.00%, graphical component: 71.25%. Overall, the validator test evaluation of the Basic Programming Interactive CD Media is 71.13%, so that the level of validity can be interpreted Fairly Valid to be used. The results of the practicality test assessment in terms of the user state: 80.11%, the effectiveness of learning time: 79.60%, benefits: 80.90%. Overall, the practicality assessment of the Basic Programming Interactive CD Media is 80.20%, so that the practical level can be interpreted as practically used. The results of the effectiveness test were reviewed from the aspect of learning pleasure: 79.08%, the presence of interesting teaching materials in learning: 71.50%. In conventional learning, teachers frequently face difficulties to deliver their materials due to limited time and practical materials in teaching network computer. Conventional teaching process, especially practical materials, has still not yet been optimal. Thus, computer and multimedia based learning is required to help the students. Besides it can reduce costs in practical materials procurement, the students can absorb the given knowledge well without thinking of the costs to buy the practical materials. Computer Assisted Instruction Method can present the learning using various media either by picture or video that can assist the effective learning process and simplify the students to manage the learning speed since it is combined with the multimedia. the Development of computer based learning media
The aim of this study was to develop computer-based learning media in order to overcome the difficulties of students in understanding interaction in ecosystem topic and to know the effect of the learning media on learning outcome of students. This study was consisted of two stages. The first stage was developmental stage that followed Dick and Carey (2001) model which has assessed during validation process in order to get the feasibility on material and media aspect using questionnaire. Validation result showed that all of assessment aspect had been very good category. The aspect of assessment that valued by material expert were material, readability, and media program interaction; by media expert were navigation button, grafity, readability, and media program interaction; by small group testing were navigation button, grafity, readability, media program interaction, material and usage; by big group testing were material, grafity and usage. The second stage was implementation stage to see the effect of learning media on learning outcome of students. Population was all of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Medan. Sample was consist of two classes. Based on the calculation of t-test, tcount = 6.555> ttable = 2.405 at the level significance of 0.01, means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the result, it can be conclude that there is an effect of computer-based learning media on students' learning outcome. Overall, computer-based learning media gave good effect to students' learning outcome in interaction in ecosystem topic for grade VII SMP Negeri 3 Medan academic year 2013/2014.

Preliminary observation by the author demonstrated that the learning achievement of graphic design of the students at SMK of Dharmasraya Regency was relatively low. It was allegedly due to the poor support from the media for learning achievement. This research aims to analyzing the need for the construction of the Graphic Design interactive CD for the improvement of the students' learning achievement in the entrepreneurship product-oriented graphic design subject. Based on the analysis result of the student needs, from 30 respondents, it was found that 22 respondents (73.33%) answered that they were highly agreed with the development of the Graphic Design interactive CD and the Learning Modul of the entrepreneurship product-oriented Graphic Design and 8 respondents (26.67%) agreed. The other factors, some of school still has lack facilities, such as lack computer or lack in focus. The purpose of these facilities to make the student interested in learning process. Based on the explanation above in this paper will discussed about construction of graphic design interactive CD for learning achievement using frequency distribution of respondents.
This research aims to a) identify instructional software (interactive multimedia CDs) by developing Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI) multimedia that is eligible to be used in the instruction of the Educational Technology course; b) analysis the role of instructional software (interactive multimedia CDs) on the Educational Technology course through the development of Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI) multimedia to improve the quality of education and instructional activities. This is Research and Development (R&D). It employed the descriptive procedural model of development, which outlines the steps to be taken to develop a product, which is instructional multimedia. The number of subjects of the research trial or respondents for each stage was 20 people. To maintain development quality, an expert in materials outside the materials under study, an expert in materials who is also a Educational Technology lecturer, a small groupof 3 students, a medium-sized group of 10 students, and 20 students to participate in the field testing took part in this research. Then, data collection instruments were developed in two stages, namely: a) developing the instruments; and b) trying out instruments. Data on students’ responses were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics with percentage and categorization techniques. Based on data analysis results, it is revealed that the Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI) multimedia developed and tried out among students during the preliminary field testing falls into the “Good” category, with the aspects of instruction, materials, and media falling into the “Good” category. Subsequently, results of the main field testing among students also suggest that it falls into the “Good” category, with the aspects of instruction, materials, and media falling into the “Good” category. Similarly, results of the operational field testing among students also suggest that it falls into the “Good” category. Thus, it can be concluded that quality of the Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI) multimedia developed in this research falls into the “Good” category viewed from the aspects of instruction, materials, and media. In other words, overall, the quality of this multimedia belongs to the “Good” category

In this new type of social intelligent environment, the traditional interactive teaching mode and methods have been incompatible with present needs. According to the preparation before class, teaching in class, assignments and interaction as well as common intelligent communication equipment and network application methods in the postpersonal computer era, this paper makes analysis and research on the improvement and innovation of teaching method in the "interactive" teaching of distance education method under the influence of post-personal computer era.
