Explainable and critical periods during human dental morphogenesis and their control (original) (raw)
This report investigates the complexity of human dental morphogenesis and the regulatory mechanisms involved during its critical periods. By analyzing data from the Radlanski collection and employing 3D-reconstruction and scanning electron microscopy, the study highlights the distinct and complex signaling pathways necessary for the development of different human tooth types. It identifies gaps in current knowledge and emphasizes the need for further research to comprehend the multifaceted processes governing human prenatal dental development.
