DISIPLIN PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL

PERATURAN PEMERINTAH REPUBLIK INDONESIA NOMOR 94 TAHUN 2021 TENTANG DISIPLIN PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA PRESIDEN REPUBLIK INDONESIA, Menimbang : bahwa untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 86 ayat (4) Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara, perlu menetapkan Peraturan Pemerintah tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil; Mengingat : 1. Pasal 5 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945; 2. Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2014 Nomor 6, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 5494;

Disiplin berasal dari bahasa latin yaitu disciplina yang diartikan sebagai latihan atau pendidikan, pengembangan tabiat, dan kesopanan.

PENTINGNYA PENGAWASAN DALAM UPAYA PENDISIPLINAN KERJA PEGAWAI

In an office / company must have employees who play a role in the work process. Without the existence of employees, the purpose of an office or organization will not run well. To run it, office employees need to have a good work discipline attitude. Work discipline is basically an attitude of compliance with the rules, norms, laws and regulations that apply. Work discipline is very necessary in the organization, because it can facilitate the goal of achieving organizational goals. The high and low work discipline of employees in carrying out their duties is influenced by several factors, according to Hasibuan (2009) factors that influence work discipline include: Purpose and Ability, Leadership, Compensation, Legal Sanctions, and Supervision. Where based on the description above, it can be concluded that the supervision carried out by the leadership can influence employee work discipline. Because with the existence of effective supervision by the leadership of the work discipline of employees, morale will arise and employees will work diligently, discipline, kind and responsible.

PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DIPERUSAHAAN PT

ABSTRAK Penilaian kinerja merupakan salah satubentuk evaluasi kinerja bagi karyawan yang ditentukan apakah sudah sesuai dengan target yang ditentukan atau belum. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengukur sejauh mana pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penelitian ini akan mengkaji terkait pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka di Yogyakarta. Sedangkan waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2022. Hasil dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas pada saat uji coba instrumen penelitian terdapat 1 butir pernyataan yang tidak valid sehingga peneliti menghapus butir tersebut dan menghasilkan instrumen akhir yang akan peneliti gunakan berupa kuisioner yang terdiri dari 17 butir pernyataan. PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN PENGAWASAN PIMPINAN TERHADAP DISIPLIN DAN DAMPAKNYA PADA PENINGKATAN KINERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DINAS

The purpose of this research is to look at the influence of simultaneous direct or partially Compensated (K) and control (PP) Leadership to Discipline Officers (DP); see influence influence Employees on performance Employee Discipline (KP); see the effect of Compensation on Performance Management and supervision of Employees and see the influence of indirect Compensation and control Command against the performance of Employees through Employee Discipline. Respondents to this study were employees at health service districts of Aceh Jaya. as many as 71 people in select by using the method on test-t, test-F and path analysis (Path Analisys). Data research results in test by using multiple linear regression analysis equipment. Research results suggested that: compensation and oversight of the Discipline in a positive and significant, either partially or simultaneously in the Aceh Jaya Regency Health Office; The discipline of the Employee's performance in a positive and significant effect in Aceh Jaya Regency Health Office; Compensation and oversight of the performance in a positive and significant in the Aceh Jaya Regency Health Office; and compensation and oversight will influence directly on the performance only through Discipline, Discipline in a positive and significant effect.
