This study examined Information and Communication Technology (ICT): An Integral Part of Instructional Materials Required in Teaching and Learning of Christian Religious Studies in Senior Secondary Schools in Onitsha North Local Government Area. The study adopted a descriptive survey design. Three research questions guided the study. Purposive sampling was used to select 10permanent CRS teachers from 10 schools, and 19 students each from (art classes) of the 10 sample schools. Questionnaires were used of the collection of relevant data which addressed the research question that were formulated. Mean response (X) was used to analyze the research question. Result showed that the use of ICT tools in teaching and learning of CRS will improve students’ performance in the following ways: fasten transfer of knowledge, arouse and sustain students’ interest in CRS, encourage more students’ participation, and make students become versatile and globally alert, among others. It was recommended among other things that good and functional educational technology centers should be established and maintained at federal, state, local, school and individual levels for development, maintenance and provision of relevant ICT tools.
