Abstract

The primary purpose of this evaluation is to provide IKSL executives and partner organizations with useful information, analysis and recommendations, thereby enabling IKSL to engage in more effectively implementing the voice message service programme hereafter. Evaluative study through its feed-back mechanism from the beneficiaries of the programme provides the stakeholders, with an opportunity to present their perceptions and assessments of IKSL programme
