ARCHAEOLOGICAL RESEARCH ON THE SITES HARGANAT-I AND II IN HOVD AIMAG OF MONGOLIA The article concerns results of Buyant Russian-Mongolian archaeological expedition investigations which were carried out in 2011 and 2013 in place Har-Had (Northwest Mongolia). This place is well-known to archeologists thanks to images of hard armed horse riders recorded on one of rocky surfaces. In this site three barrows (which are previously dated an era of late bronze – the beginning of the early Iron Age) and two Turkic enclosures relating to the 2nd half of VI – the 1st half of the VIII centuries AD were investigated. Further researches in this part of Mongolia which is still studied very bad, are of great importance for the solution of a number of the problems concerning interaction of Central Asian people in the ancient time and the Middle Ages.
