Impacts of Human Resource Practices on Employee’s Perceived Performance: A Study of Private Schools Faculty of Pakistan

The current research study determined the result of four human resources practices –compensation, promotion, performance evaluation, and grooming and maturation along the employee perceived performance of private schools of Pakistan. 101 research studies supported our Hypothesis that HR practices have a confident relationship with employee’s perceived performance. The outcomes of this research also demonstrated a significant positive relationship of HR practices with employee’s perceived performance.

Determinants of Performance Management Practices: A Case Study of National Bank of Pakistan

There is drive and momentum to implement changes in the public sector organizations and for such changes it is first and foremost dilemma to analyze the performance management system and practices implemented in such organizations. This study explores the performance management system at National bank of Pakistan. It’s a descriptive study and main focus of this study is to identify the flaws in performance management system that are currently prevailing at National bank of Pakistan and suggesting new ideas to bring positive changes ultimately getting competitive advantage through Human Resource Management (HRM). For analyzing the study, a sample of 100 employees has been selected on convenient basis form Bahawalpur Region and reposes are obtained on the fully structured questionnaires and analyze the results through Chi-Square technique.

The main objective of the present survey is to conduct a comparative analysis of the challenges of the performance evaluation system in two private and public sectors and their impact on effectiveness of human resources management practices. This survey was conducted using the field-descriptive method. The historical study method was used to collect theoretical subjects and the field study method was applied to answer the research questions and confirm or reject the research hypotheses. Statistical population of the research included all experts and managers at various levels in two private and public sectors of the petrochemical industry. Cluster-stratified sampling method in two phases was utilized.
