Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate the histopathologic healing of penicillin G induced traumatic sciatic nerve injury with tenoxicam. 22-gauge sharp edged needle was inserted into the sciatic nerve and 0.1 ml (25000 Ü) crystallized penicillin G was injected. Rats were randomly divided into four groups. 1 ml intraperitoneal 0.09% NaCl solution was administered daily for one week
