Abstract

ABSTRACT Ectopic pregnancy in a previous cesarean section scar is the rarest of ectopic pregnancy locations and is possibly one of the most dangerous because of the risk of uterine rupture and hemorrhage. Few reports on this type of ectopic pregnancy have been published and differential diagnosis may be difficult. Because the diagnostic criteria and prognosis are uncertain, consensus on the preferred treatment is lacking.
