Abstract

The process of grading Malaysia Pepper berries are still semi-automatic. One of the grading criteria is based on the extraneous and foreign matters that exist in pepper berries samples. Therefore, in this paper we propose image processing techniques to identify the foreign matter. We analyse the number of foreign matters in the image and locate them using the xPepper Identification
