Human/Humanity, Consciousness and Universe: Informational Relation
NeuroQuantology, 2019
Open access to: https://www.neuroquantology.com/index.php/journal/article/download/2122/1376 From the perspective of the Informational Model of Consciousness elaborated and reported recently on the basis of the last discoveries of the quantum mechanics and astrophysics, the meeting horizon between some ancient coherent empirical models of the humanity and our modern scientific results is analyzed. These results are discussed in terms of information, as a central axis relating the universe, the human and inter-humanity connections, and consciousness as an informational tool for the exploration of the reality. Bringing into discussion the relevant recent discoveries of quantum mechanics (Higgs’ boson, disembodiment of information from the physical particles), and matter/information properties near the black holes, it is reinforced the concept of information as one of the fundamental constituent of matter and of our universe, showing that information is actually the base fabric of matter structures, living structures and universe. The huge quantity of dynamic information engaged in the living structures, particularly in the human organism, necessary to maintain the life’s functions and to allow the adaptation requirements, differentiates the living from non-living entities. It is shown that consciousness, human and universe cannot be really understood if it is not introduced on the panoramic scene a new player – dark matter, with more than 20% contribution, besides more than 70% dark energy and only 5% observable matter from the matter total quantity. It is shown also that the Informational Model of Consciousness, consisting in an architecture of seven cognitive centers, converges with the ancient models of chakras, of etheric body and aura concepts, with dual Taoist concepts of universe and human body, contributing with answers to the “mind-body”, “nature or nurture” problems and even to Qualia “hard” problem, and supporting the Jung’s concepts on the mind. Finally, some questions are addressed to the quantum mechanics, concerning the retro-causal effect and non-locality principle.
Consciousness and Quantum Information
Minding the Brain: Models of the Mind, Information, and Empirical Science, 2023
Our subject is the nature of reality, the nature of mind, and the nature of the relationship between mind and reality as mediated by the mind-brain connection. Exploration of these themes will take us through quantum physics and quantum cosmology and their implications for the ultimate nature of the universe, to a deeper understanding of consciousness and its relationship to the brain, and finally to some concluding observations about the nature of death and the adventure of a scientific and philosophical life.

Open access from http://www.davidpublisher.org/Public/uploads/Contribute/5d1c009c3567e.pdf Since ancient times, the humanity has contemplated his relationship with the universe and with itself existence, wondering "who we are", "how our body/mind works", and "where we are going to". Understanding consciousness has been and still remains an issue of debate in this broad context (Gaiseanu, 2018b; 2018d; 2019b). From the perspective of the society which we live in today, flooded by the high technology products of microelectronics and micro-systems, making our lives easier and substituting many of our hard activities, but On the long and well-worn road of many, but justifiable attempts of human to discover his origin, his trajectory as a species, and a suitable understanding consciousness, his system allowing the connection to the environment and to his own organism, the concepts and models of philosophy enunciated or experienced by millennia, meet today with modern science concepts of physics and of science of information. Based on recent discoveries of quantum physics and astrophysics, revealing a new understanding of our environment and starting from some philosophical concepts on information of matter and of living structures, this work discusses the dynamics of information within the frame of the Informational Model of Consciousness as an informational system of the human body, connected both to the environment and to the body itself, to control the adaptation for survival. It is shown that consciousness is actually an informational projection in the mind of seven informational subsystems, three of which forming the operative system of consciousness for the short-term adaptation, and other three forming the programmed operating system, dedicated to the maintenance of body and to the long-term survival of species, showing various inputs and outputs of information. The seventh subsystem is the information pole, connecting the organism with the external information, especially related to the extra-sensorial properties of the mind, the human body appearing as a bipolar info-matter structure, managed by the brain. The received information is progressively integrated into the informational system of the organism, which absorbs and emanates information as a reactive system for adaptation, able to operate both with matter-related (codified) and non-matter related (virtual) information. As both connections with external and internal environment (body itself) can be described in terms of information, this model opens the gate to investigate consciousness by means of the tools of the information science, offering also answers to the philosophic "mind-body" problem and to the "hard" problem and showing correspondences with some ancient philosophies.
On Consciousness and Beyond | An interdisciplinary Approach to Consciousness and Intentionality
For the last few decades, consciousness has been in the forefront of neuroscience as well as in the forefront of religious doctrines for further investigation. Indeed it is a vast subject, thus more specifically, what I will investigate and convey in this essay is the interdisciplinary correlatives between the scientific perspectives and that of Buddhist teachings. In regards to science, I will include neuroscientific perspectives without this constricting this essay to include other point of views that originate in different disciplines but nevertheless integrate well with science, such as psychological and philosophical perspectives. In regards to the Buddhist doctrine I will refer to fundamental principles of emptiness (Suññata) and dependent co-arising (paticcasamuppāda) to exemplify notions of experience related to consciousness. Passing through these contradictory disciplines in the past but cooperative at present, and taking in account important philosophies of science and Buddhism to explore “consciousness” in its broad and complex view, I will offer a perspective on what can be reasoned as ‘essence consciousness’ and 'Information Data'.
Quantum Fields of Consciousness & the Mind (Part I)
Journal of Consciousness Exploration Research, 2015
Some scientists are striving very hard to unveil the mystery of consciousness. For that purpose they have been utilizing not only quantum theory but also the Grand Unified Theory. In my perspective, to lay consciousness in the ambit of our awareness, one needs a three-tier system. The first tier is consciousness, the second is mind and the third is brain. My hypothesis is based on the Vedanta (Hindu Religious Scriptures), which says "Ahm Brahmasmi" meaning "I am God" or another statement as "Tatvamasi" meaning "You are That". In the first statement "I" refers to mind and "God" means consciousness; whereas in the second statement "You" represents mind and "That" represents consciousness. I refer to John Keely's work of Sympathetic Vibratory Science developed in 19th century to postulate my proposition of consciousness and mind and then use the postulates made by Hu and Wu to support it. Thereafter, Chalmers' questions are answered without ambiguities.
A unifying theory of physics and biological information through consciousness
This article represents a transdisciplinary theory that attempts, in a nonmathematical way, to reconcile some contemporary concepts of physics with a novel theory of the mind. It represents a thought experiment that consolidates complexity by melding certain unifying natural science concepts into a coherent reality. The foundations of quantum mechanics and the cosmological mysteries of dark energy, dark matter, and normal matter non-dogmatically explained may be accessible to individuals other than those immersed in mathematical formulas. Through reasoning and models, terms are defined and illustrations provided, further clarifying concepts. In this theory, consciousness represents dynamic differences that come to an end. It exists through interdependent relationships between dark energy, focal points of dark matter (FPDMs), and normal matter with associated states of mind: pure awareness, pure mental state, and mental images state, respectively. Consciousness enables the emergence of an observing ego, a viewpoint that defines conscious events but which is not consciousness in and of itself. For topics described throughout the article, there is a mental and physical aspect that through relationship produces change that makes a difference. In this way, the reader, an 'observing ego,' with a human cognitive viewpoint, may bridge the 'gap' connecting the mental and physical domains. Although the theory can be developed mathematically in more detail, the main emphasis is to provide an intriguing explanation of how physics melds with 'mind,' thus laying the foundation for future explorations into how this theoretical framework of the mind reciprocates with other areas of science.
Quantum field of consciousness and the mind
The scientific community is striving very hard to unveil the mystery of consciousness. They have not only been grasping the Quantum Theory but the Grand Unified Theory also. In my perspective I presented a model of consciousness in its three tier form. The first one is brain, second tier is of consciousness and the third one is of mind. My hypothesis is based on the Vedanta (Hindu Religious Scriptures), which says “Ahm Brahmasmi” means “I am God” or another statement as “Tatvamasi” means “You are That”. In the first statement “I” means mind and “God” means consciousness whereas in another statement “You” represents mind and “That” represents consciousness. I referred Dr. John Keely’s work in Sympathetic Vibratory Science that he had carried out in 19th century to postulate my proposition of consciousness and mind and then came down to the postulates made by eminent scientists Dr.Hu and Dr. Wu to support it. Thereafter Chalmers questions have been answered without any ambiguities.
Abstract: This article demonstrates remarkably similar methods for linking mind and body to address the “hard problem” in the 11th century Indian philosopher, Abhinavagupta with a currently prominent neuroscienctific theory, Tononi’s Integrated Information Theory 3.0. Both Abhinavagupta and Tononi and Christof Koch hinge their theories on the identity of phenomenal subjective experience with causality. Giulio Tononi’s Integrated Information Theory is remarkable precisely in its method for dealing with the mind-body problem; namely, Tononi’s mathematically-oriented systems neurology proposes something we typically do not find in neuroscientific literature —that we start from a phenomenology of experience. Abhinavagupta’s sophisticated and, for his milieu, novel way of linking subjectivity and objectivity in the concepts of knowledge (jñāna) and action (kriyā) also offers a way of understanding how subjectivity can be linked to causality. This particular configuration is mostly absent in Western cartesian models for understanding consciousness and in Indian philosophical speculations on consciousness. However, this, in any case, is precisely the move that Tononi makes when he proposes that information is both “causal and intrinsic.” Abhinavagupta’s similar linkage of subjectivity with causality can help us to think about Tononi’s neuroscientific mathematical model.
