After the 1990's, the changes in the football world had helped to develop and to grow the economy of football rapidly. The development of digital broadcasting led to build a bigger commercial structure. With the effect of those changes, commercial incomes, sponsor revenues, stadium and facilities incomes, and betting incomes have increased over time. This rapid change also brings several problems. UEFA has published UEFA criteria in order to protect football's sustainability and viability in a long term. Depending on license criteria that is published by UEFA, it has used a road map for football clubs, regarding of corporate structure of UEFA to work, that identified the general rules like in a company structure and management that should be all the necessary factors of production in a systematic and effective way in order to transform football clubs to a corporate organization and make them sustainable. Football clubs are determinedly founded and play an important role in the improvement of football player. However, few resources are available for those responsible for organizing, developing, and managing club sports. With this out of the common guide explains readers how to run a club in today's demanding, high competitive and high-tech environment and, establish its brand, and bring in the revenue required to ensure long-term success. Those who manage and lead clubs will find that they can improve a successful business plan of their club mission and have the instruments to develop and sustain organizations that are feasible and financially wealthy and that satisfy the needs of footballer and those who support them.

When we observe the entrepreneurial model of European football clubs, it is obvious that both in terms of ownership and in terms of the organizational structure, European model varies greatly compared to the entrepreneurial model in Serbia. The financial structure of European professional sports clubs is realized through income obtained from sponsors, donors, advertising, membership fees, tickets, TV rights, renting office space and their own business activities and expenses refer to the cost of the competition, training, salaries, contractual obligations, props, equipment and maintenance facilities. The aim of this paper is to present guidelines and perspective on observing objective circumstances and subjective factors which explain why European and Serbian two football clubs which have won most trophies, are where they are today. The sample of the analysis consists of six top European clubs and two of the most successful football clubs from Serbia. Football club ownership structures primarily depend on the government arrangement, i.e. the legislative norms of the state in which they exist. Football clubs in Serbia function as civic organizations. Nowadays, to create efficiency, businesses need to build expert departments (systematic structure) based on functional business section, accelerate the flow of information in itself and enable decisions to be taken more quickly, thus saving time and resources and taking measures against risks by constantly monitoring hierarchical structures. In the Sports Clubs, it is important to transfer the financial power, which is the result of sportive achievement, to the whole activity areas in the club in a balanced manner and to substructure investments to develop and grow and create economic magnitude and transform this magnitude to contribute to sportive achievement again. The purpose of this study is to split the football management into main processes and manage easily. In a system approach to manage football management areas with different variables in accordance with organizational goals in a harmony, sports clubs should separate '8' main process like Team Intelligence, Team Management, Youth Development, Footballer Transfer, Logistics Support, Public Relations and Corporate Communication, Economy-Finance, Sports Law. Professional Football Club Management Analysis in Indonesia Case Study on Bali United Fc

Along with the development of professional football in Indonesia, professional football clubs increasingly need good and correct financial management. One important indicator in professional football club financial management is financial ratios. Bali United FC has a large and successful fan base in recent years. Bali United FC is one of the most famous professional football clubs in Indonesia. However, in its management there are several problems that need to be overcome so that the club can continue to grow and compete with other clubs. Apart from that, there are also problems with the development of the club's business and a lack of support from the government and sponsorship. The purpose of this research is to identify the types of financial ratios used in the financial management of professional football clubs in Indonesia. Describe the financial performance of Bali United FC based on the financial ratios used. Identify the factors that influence the management of financial ratios at Bali United FC. This research uses a case study approach with the object of research Bali United FC.

EXAMINATION OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SOURCES OF INCOME AND THE SPORTS SUCCESS OF THE CLUBS IN THE INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE

Today, due to the sports industry, the sports economy continues to grow rapidly. Professional football teams, which have one of the biggest share in sports economy, have various sources of income. There is an increase in the revenues of teams which are consistently in the football money league rankings over the course years. In this study; The relationship between the sports achievements of professional football clubs that can enter the international football money league and the income sources in the money league has been examined, and the main income sources of the sports clubs that are in the top 20 financially are compared. As a result of the data, it is seen that professional football teams have a positive relationship between the sporting success and the commercial product revenues (p=,011) and it is seen that sporting success has a positive effect (%54,2) on commercial product income. Data analysis was evaluated on computer. SPSS 17.0 (The Statistical Package for Social Sciences-PC Version 17.0) was used for statistical analysis of the data. The results of the research were interpreted as p≤0.05 in the 0.95 confidence interval. Simple linear regression analysis was performed to investigate the relationship between the dependent variable and one or more independent variables. As a result; it is predicted that the sports economy, which gets more and more share from the world economy, will provide more benefits to the professional football teams with high budgets. It is assumed that the diversity of the income sources of the teams that can maintain their place in the football money league will continue to increase. Öz: Günümüzde spor endüstrisine bağlı olarak spor ekonomisi hızla büyümeye devam etmektedir. Spor ekonomisinde en büyük paylardan birine sahip olan futbol ekonomisinde bulunan profesyonel futbol kulüplerinin çeşitli gelir kaynakları bulunmaktadır. Futbol para lig sıralamasında devamlı olarak yer bulan takımların yıllara göre gelirlerinde artış görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada; uluslararası futbol para ligine girebilen profesyonel futbol kulüplerinin elde ettikleri sportif başarıları ile para ligindeki gelir kaynakları arasındaki ilişki incelenmiş olup, finansal açıdan ilk 20' de yer alan profesyonel futbol faaliyeti gösteren spor kulüplerinin başlıca gelir kaynakları karşılaştırılmıştır.Veriler sonucunda, profesyonel futbol takımlarının spor başarısı ile ticari ürün gelirleri arasında pozitif bir ilişki olduğu (p=,011) ve spor başarısının ticari ürün gelirleri üzerinde olumlu bir etkisi (%54,2) olduğu görülmektedir.Verilerin istatiksel analizi için bilgisayarda SPSS 17.0 istatistik programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları 0.95 güven aralığında p≤0.05 olarak yorumlanmıştır. Bağımlı değişken ile bir veya daha fazla bağımsız değişken arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmak için basit doğrusal regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; dünya ekonomisinden her geçen gün daha fazla pay alan spor ekonomisinin yüksek bütçelere sahip spor kulüplerinin profesyonel futbol faaliyeti gösterenlerin daha fazla fayda sağlayacağı öngörülmektedir. Futbol para liginde sıralamasında yerini koruyabilen kulüplerin gelir kaynaklarının çeşitliliğinin artarak devam edeceği varsayılmaktadır.
