Nickel lanthanum oxide: A material of possible use as oxygen sensitive electrode in an electrochemical solid state oxygen meter

Materials Chemistry, 1980

Abstract

ABSTRACT Nickel lanthanum oxide “NiLa204” has been tested as electrode material in solid state devices for the accurate determination of oxygen in mixtures with inert gas in a wide range of temperature and oxygen partial pressures. The results are compared with those obtained with an oxygen meter employing a porous platinum electrode.
