This research investigates the entrepreneurial features that most significantly influence the growth of new firms in Spain, where a high percentage of startups fail within the first three years. Through a longitudinal study involving 101 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), it identifies key factors such as past entrepreneurial experience and motivation that contribute to a firm's success. The findings suggest specific paths for enhancing entrepreneurial outcomes and highlight the importance of these features in formulating future research directions.
