In this system first person enroll user name and password and mobile number. If user name and password matches then Finger of person will detect and store with ID. If the ID gets matches. Then four digit code will be sent on authorized person mobile to unlock. So biometric and Bluetooth security is more advantages than other system. This system can also create a log containing check in and checkout of each user along with basic information.
Development and Implementation of a Biometric Security Lock System new
2014
In these days of rapid industrial growth the population statistic has it that crime and social vice are steadily on the increase and it is really regretful. This paper considers and centres on the development and implementation of a biometric security lock system. The lock system is controlled by the computer equipped with a finger print reader. The computer controls the door by accessing the fingerprint of the user if it was formerly registered into its database. The system on start-up registers all necessary fingerprints and then locks up controls and thereafter accesses them for identification and opens the door whenever the fingerprint entered by the user is on the database of registered users. The system consists of the fingerprint reader to access the user fingerprint connected to the computer. The computer has a program written with visual basic 6.0 software for accessing the reader and controlling the door. The computer is connected to the control circuit board consisting of the microcontroller and transistor-relay switches for controlling power to the motor actuator to move the door open and close whenever the fingerprint reader reads a registered print. The door mechanism is controlled by the microcontroller when the controller receives access signal from the PC. When the system detects a registered fingerprint it would send signal to the hardware controller to open the door and if it is not a registered user it would not grant access. The system on completion of design, construction and tests carried out show the system worked satisfactorily as fingerprint could be registered and the system could identify registered prints and open the door and display "WELCOME" to the identified user.

Designing and Implementation of a Fingerprint Lock System
International Journal of Scientific Research in Computer Science, Engineering and Information Technology, 2019
The use of fingerprint for identification has been employed in law enforcement for about a century. A fingerprint locker system using microcontroller uses fingerprint recognition system as a process of verifying the fingerprint image to open the electronic lock. This research highlights the development of fingerprint verification system using Arduino 1.6.3. Verification is completed by comparing the data of authorized fingerprint image with incoming fingerprint image. The incoming fingerprint image will first go through the extraction and filtering processes through which the information about it is obtained. Then the information of incoming fingerprint image will undergo the comparison process to compare it with authorized fingerprint image. In this work, the fingerprint module was trained to learn and identify whether the incoming fingerprint image is genuine or forgery. A much broader application of fingerprint is for personal authentication, for instance to access a computer, a network, an ATM-machine, a car or a home.

Fingerprint Based Security System
2019
This paper presents an enhanced methodology in implementing and designing a security system for door locking purpose based on fingerprint, GSM technology, monitoring camera, alarm system and password system. This security system will provide enough security by limiting unauthorized people access and taking a record of those who pass through it. Sometimes unauthorized people or burglars try to break the door for evil intentions at a time when no one is available at a targeted place, so this paper introduces some security solutions for that problem and they are the main contribution of our paper. We introduce an alarm system to alert the people at the surroundings, GSM module that's used to send an SMS message to the registered user's (responsible person) and a web camera that's used to take a video for a person who tries to break the lock, password keypad that's used after fingerprint sensing to provide extra security. Definitely the registered users are the only persons who can access the lock, and the door closes after five seconds from the opening time. The method used to implement this experiment involves the use of a fingerprint scanner R305 that's interfaced with Arduino microcontroller-ATMEGA328P to control the locking and unlocking process of a door. During all the opening and closing processes, the16x2 Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) displays some commands which can be used to instruct the users like, place your finger on the sensor, the door is opened, the door is closed, the message is sent, please enter the password etc. If an unregistered user tries to access the door using their fingerprints, automatically his/her access is denied. The proposed door lock security system is can be used at homes, offices, banks, hospitals, and in other governmental and private sectors. Our proposed system was tested in real-time and has shown competitive results compared to other projects using RFI and password.
Biometric Based Security Authentication for Bank Locker System
The main goal of this project is to design and implement a highly secured and reliable smart bank locker security system based on Biometric fingerprint and password. This can be organized in bank, offices (treasury), schools and homes. In this system only the authentic person can open the lock and collect the important documents, jewellery or money from the lockers. In this security system biometric fingerprint, passwords are used. In our proposed system first the user will enroll his finger with user name then the person will enter the password, if the password will match need to place finger on finger print module and finger print will be scanned and stored with fingerprint id. In this way user enrolment process will be completed. If the finger is correct of that particular person then it will allow and display finger is matched and if the finger is not matched of that particular person then it will gives the signal to the siren and will play some time. If all the conditions are matched then the microcontroller processes the data and correspondingly drives the motor to operate the load i.e. lock will be opened. The main advantages of using biometric fingerprint and password technology is highly secure and reliable locker system than any other locker systems. This system can also create a log containing check in and check out of each user along with basic information.
IRJET- FINGERPRINT BASED BANK LOCKER SECURITY SYSTEM
IRJET, 2021
The main goal of this project is to design and implement a security system based on fingerprints, which can be organized in banks, offices and apartments. In this system only the authenticated person picks up the documents or the money from the locker.Fingerprints of clients are stored and when the client puts his/her hand over the fingerprint module it reads the digital data and this data is entered into the AVR microcontroller. The microcontroller compares this value with the stored value. If both values are the same, the person's name will be displayed on the LCD screen and the motor will spin and the locker will open. If the values do not match, the motor will not turn and the locker will remain closed. This system also provides enhanced security by means of a Bluetooth module and vibration sensor. If an unauthorized person tries to unlock, a warning message is sent to the mobile phone via Bluetooth in order to monitor the security details of the bank. If the system is hit, the buzzer is activated and an alarm is generated. In this way, a simple and highly secure security system for bank lockers can be implemented.
A Brief Introduction of Biometrics and Fingerprint
2009
In this paper we have survey on biometric payment system. Biometric payment system is used for various kinds of payment system instead of the tension of cards to put with them and to memorize theirs difficult passwords and pin numbers. Biometric payment system is much safe and secure and very easy to use and even without using any password or secret codes to remember as compare with previous system like credit card payment system, wireless system and mobile system etc. Biometric payment system is reliable, economical and it has more advantages as compare with others. In daily life the usage of credit cards, check card for shopping, bus card, subway card for traveling, student card for library and department, and many kinds of cards for unlimited purposes and so on. So problem is that a person has to take many cards and has to remember their passwords or secret codes and to keep secure to take with him all time. So the biometric payment system will solve this problem. Greater adoption of biometric payment system will drive down the cost of biometric readers and thus making it more affordable to small business owners. We really need alternate payment systems. This "perpetual toll" to credit card companies has to stop.
Implementation of Enhanced Finger Print based Door Locking System
International Journal of Scientific Research in Computer Science, Engineering and Information Technology, 2018
Security has continuously been a foremost apprehension for industrial applications, various households and across different office environments. The important parameters considered are security and safety. In this paper an enhanced fingerprint biometric system for controlling the door movement in a highly confidential area is presented. At present, the majority of door locking security systems installed across various environments suffers from various lapses. Taking this into consideration, the design and prototype of a biometric fingerprint based door locking system is demonstrated in this paper. The fingerprints of the authorized individual persons are registered separately one by one and licensed to provide access to a facility that is used by multiple users. The program is written such that any number of individual fingerprints can be added or deleted from the database based on the memory incorporated in the system. If the individual's fingerprint is matched, then the door will be opened, otherwise the GSM module gets activated automatically and a SMS message is sent to the registered user, while simultaneously the alarm also gets activated to alert the people or the security official in the surroundings. The microcontroller used in the present work is Arduino UNO R3 board. The proposed enhanced fingerprint security system is tested in real time and provides a comprehensive security solution and unauthorized individuals are prohibited from entering through the door. In contrast to the other authentication methods such as using RFI and passwords security, the proposed method has proven to be most efficient and reliable.
