Abstract
Five C13-norisoprenoid glycosides, isolated from lulo (Solanum quitoense) leaves, were subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis with a commercial glucosidase (emulsin) and also with an enzymatic preparation having glycosidase activity, isolated from lulo fruit pulp.
